No notification was sent to inform me that Ram were delivering to me today. I received a call from the driver to tell me he was at my gate. When I went outside there was nobody there. I phoned him back to let him know that he was not at my address. I gave him clear instructions as to how to get to my house, nevertheless an hour later he had still not arrived. I called him again and he was now in a place at least 22km away when initially he was 3.5km away. I asked him to send me a whatsspp so that I could send him the live location. He still has not arrived. I phoned Ram couriers and they informed me that he had been given the wrong address and that the driver could not deliver my parcel today. I explained that I was not available for the remainder of the week. I was told there is nothing that they can do. I then requested that my call be transferred to a supervisor or management I am still waiting for my call to be transferred. Could a supervisor/manager contact me
So on the 23 July I had a further partial amputation of my foot which now requires wound care. The wound clinic that I need to go to requires a cash payment after treatment. Treatments range from R2000 to R3000. The wound clinic is required to motivate visits and treatment. When I had heard nothing from Discovery I phoned the pre authorisation they stated that they cannot help me because the turn around time had not happened yet. So apparently I need to bleed and get a septic wound while I wait 3 to 5 working days for the turn around to happen. I cannot get treatment now because I cannot afford to pay cash. Surely there must be exceptions and an escalation could take place. Thanks Discovery sit there waiting for the claim to turn around while I lose blood.
On Wednesday 24th July. Technicians came and disconnected my water meter. They left a disconnection letter and absolutely nothing matches, but they still just disconnected my meter. Name is different Account and meter number different You cannot get through to any department at city of Johannesburg. Eventually various people have promised that it will be corrected and rectified but still nothing. What needs to be done now? One of the many references is :24775462
Internet has been down the entire day. Absolutely no communication from the company at all. Not even a response from email sent. What shoddy service.
The Fibre is not working in the area. They say that the vumatel engineers are working on the problem. It has now been 7 hours and yet they can still not relay what the actual problem is, nore can they give a time of possible repair
Trying to cancel a Sim with MTN. I have tried on 3 occasions today to cancel a Sim with MTN. First time waited 28 minutes no response. Phoned again was transferred to the cancelation department waited 36 min no response. Phoned again waited 48 min still no response. Apparently there is no other method of canceling this Sim. Tried to speak to management but was told they are all busy with a call. Requested a call back but was told that they might get back to me by end of today. Why is it easy to speak to a champion consultant but nearly impossible to speak to someone who does cancelations. I would appreciate a response
Standard Bank Deceased Estates is the most difficult department to get into contact with. As it is the people sending documentation are already in a state after the loss of a deceased one and then you get treatment from a division of a bank that should show compassion. Well not from Standard Bank deceased estates. Since April I have been trying to get an acknowledgement from the deceased estate department with regard to a late estate. When you send the department of deceased estate Standard Bank an email containing all the documentation required as per the website, there is an auto-response stating that this portal is currently offline. As a interim, whilst we are working on getting us back online, all new requests can emailed to us at deceasedqueries@standardbank,co,za. It appears that nobody works there either because once you email this address you get the same message regarding their portal being offline. This has been since April. Surely this department has great compassion and understands what families are going through after losing a loved one that they would acknowledge receipt of the paper work and communicate with the Executor of that late estate .
we have been asked to register on the new e- website. After many attempts have not been successful. Does anybody else have the problem with Registering . All i want is for my account to be emailed why must we now change the process that has worked for many years to suddenly be subjected to a system that does not work.
