I just called I to the game customer service department and spoke to Asanda.. I asked her about where I can use my card and asked about game then she tells me I must phone RCS . I am a game account holder so please Game if I phone you then you must assist me. She said she don't know where I can use my Game card..pathetic

My experience so far had been great especially the phone call I just received from Marilyn..her customer service is superior and excellent. 5 stars is to little for her. She is awesome👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽

Area manager is pathetic
I was Saturday in Hungry lion Broadway Strand..like always when I order the Big boss burger they tell me there is a waiting time of 30 minutes which I just got fed up with and insisted 2 speak to the area manager.. she didn't even wanted to speak to me and just informed her staff to get security and let me be thrown out like a ******** because they don't want complaints. I then logged an official complaint om their website and up 2 this minute didn't hear anything from them. Me, my wife and daughter was just there again and the manager told me that he must call security because the area manager don't want me in her store because I logged a complaint against her. He told me this infront of my family. Pathetic service again from area manager and manager. Badd service pep and are manager
I was now twice by Pep Broadway Strand...the security guard ha s no respect and the area manager deff3nds him...1st time he pushed my wife out of the way to come and hit me and now on Sunday when I was there again he told me I am full of ****...area manager just phoned and said I am the only customer that complaints about him and so he must stay..so what thearea Manger is telling me is that the customer can complain and nothing g will happen..bad bad bad Bevan marthinus 0823860941

No pies
Today at 10:15 I was in your Strand Broadway store and staff and management says they don't have a single pie in the store because the supplier has a problem..if your supplier have a problem and you know about it then make alternative arrangements and get another supplier.. you can't just say you don't have pies .I think it's more because it's Good Friday and Shoprite this everybody will just eat pickle fish... Get your act together..this is unacceptable..

I refered a customer in December to Best Electric Somerset west. They told me the last the 30th December i will get my referal fee..up 2 date i didnt receive anything. Once again they are crooks and just lie and the area manager just cover up 4 them and make excuses. Bad

Bad service
We went 2 go pyrchase a lounge suite and refrigerator by somerset west. When they delivered ot both items was wrong. O have asked the sales lady Netine 2 get her manager to phone me since yesterday and stil nothing. To treat brand new customers like tjos and gove sicj service saya alot

Crooks
Hungey lion is a bunch of crooks. I was sunday by theirr Strand Broadway store and got the worse service like always. Their card machines didntvwork and i had w go draw money and the manager stil lied and said her area manger lnows about it but when i spoke to area manager she didnt know about it. When my food came i saw there was a cooldrink missing. I told the cassier and she told me my order is correct . eventualy she doubled checked my slip and saw a cooldrink missing. I didnt check the rest of my order in store. When i got home i noticed a packet of chips also missing and when i opened my Bite 3 I tasted it was spice and not normal like i asked. The complaint department is now shipping the blame 2 me cause i didnt take pictures of meals and only wants 3 replace the chios.. How can u shift blame if u dontbtrain your staff. Disgused in these crooks.

Pathetic service
I am here by broadway store in strand.Stedward Amerika the manager is rude and because i complaint about long and slow and unfriendly service he called security to put me out. Your service is pathetic. Frank the cashier pointed at me and told me he knows me and in away threatened me. Is that how you treat your customers.i feel like a criminal because security wants 2 put me out of a store😡😡you have 2 wait an hour for food. This is how slow the service is. I got here 2 store 18:00 and only left now @19: 08Stedward told me because i complaint i am no longer welcome in your store. Pathetic service. When i eventually got my food there was no chios and cooldrinks. I had 2 ask for it. Then they told me they just have sprite and i must just take it. They dont worry bout my choice..hiw pathetic can service be

Bad pathetic service
I was there by your Somerset West store just after17:00. Only 2ladies on duty. When i eventually came 2 counter after waiting bout 10 minutes i asked the manager Tessa how long is waiting period she told me long very long and that she is closing her store at 18:00 so to say that I am still gona be there that time.i asked her wht so long she told me dint complaint cause then i am going 2 upset the other customers. I just walked out without food..pathetic service or let me say none existing service..bad bad bad..0823860941 Bevan
