On Black Friday i bought a LG fridge. Most frustrating day of my life their discounts codes were not working, and the website keeps on crashing. But i like the product kept on trying. After 2 days got it right. Very excited Chose a delivery date on the website for the 5/12/25. On the 5th and day before no communication from LG. Normally buying online their is but i wait at home for my fridge. Never got delivered. Wrote 3 emailes to LG after 3 days got a phone call. He ask me my order no. Say they will deliver on the 12/12/25. Again i waited Thursday they called they will deliver 11 O'clock. Never happened As of today still no delivery. Most frustrating buy to date off my life. Good products But LG RSA is the worst!! Buy it from a shop their website is a mess At the moment i think quit probably a **** till i have my fridge which i dont hold my breath for.
I bought R288 000 worth of windows and doors form Ambassador Doors and Windows. When I collected the doors and windows everything was bubble wrapped. Off Load it at my house and as we offload it I saw scratches on my door. I reported it and Wesley phoned me and I drove the 90km from my house in Herm**** to Ambassador in the Cape, after they said I can come and get some touch up paint. As the builder installs the windows he showed me the 2 sliding windows are very very skew. And Ambassador never drilled the holes/place that the lock and pins need to go into the frame of the opposite sliding window. I also was not supp**** with the inserts that needs to be pop-riveted into the opposite frames. So I phone Wesley on the 13th of August and he said they will come and fix it. I did stressed that my house is now open because that windows cant lock. We agreed I will fit the door also and then he will send a team to check everything. So they installed the front door - same scenario. There are no holes for me to be able to lock the door. And it appears the lock is the wrong way around. It will be able to lock from the outside but not the inside. Hole drill outside not inside. I let Wesley know and asked him to come and sort out the front door and windows that can't lock. That was on the 18 of September. Then I Whattsapp him on the 19th to hear when they can come and fix their mess. My house stand is standing open. Wesley does not answer the whatsapp. Monday The 21 September - again Wesley has no reply. Tuesday I get through but it is some body else phone. He is busy He WhatsApp and phoned I can do the work myself. I said I can try but were are the inserts? No answer. From the 18th of September. I don't get a answer from Wesley. I Phoned and they said they'll make a plan. Phoned again today - 29 September and I keep on stressing I cant lock my front door and my windows. Keep on getting promises about them phoning back. Had a Aluminum Door installer today to come and fix the mess. He has to order the inserts and my door will be a mess because he doesn't understand how they installed the lock wrong way around. On top of that he actually doesn't want to touch the door because then it is his mess not Ambassador's anymore. I am very disappointed with their after service. The moment the door and windows were out of their store, and the R288 000 was in their bank account, I have been left with the problems that are theirs to fix. They have no after service and I am left utterly frustrated.

Worst customer service ever. Upgrade from a 200 line to a 500 line. no increase in speed ask them to please upgrade my line i think they forgot. Had usse their prefered speed test app with the 200 line had real speed of 128 now still 128. This attorney from them phone me after logging a support ticket. telling me the router is to high. although i can see it. Got on the ladder redo the test same result then it was because it is wifi. The 500 is just when you have a cable. They really are the kings of excuses'. No accountability. Well suppose that is the South Africa we live in now they fit right in.

Bought a fridge and a Microwave from them in December2022. Took the Microwave home with them delivering the fridge the next day. That turn out to be 4 days later. Because we live in Herm****. Which was not a problem we i bought it. When they deliver the fridge I will ant to send the Microwave back the turn table soes not turn. No Sir cant do that you have to take it in back to Somerset West yourself. Took it in a few weeks later first time i did get a chance. No it is old now they have to send it in for repairs cant swop it. Putting it down the turn table shatter so I order a new one. The week turned out to be 6 weeks. In that 6 weeks i keep on phoning for the turntable. Without a newly bought Microwave. Fetch it 2 weeks ago. O they did not have the turntable yet. Phone me last week please come fetch the turn table. Last Saturday at Hirches. O sorry it is not here yet. I just drive from Herm**** for ut. Sorry not here. So Monday they phone me again. It is here. I am at Hirch’s now. Sorry they dont know if it is here The person working with that is not working on Saturdays. So i have paid fir a microwave and for 4 months of owning it. I still did not use it because of Hirch’s bizarre systems. Never had that problem at Tafelberg. Learned my lesson. Never buy from Hirch’s again
I bought a fridge and a Microwave from hirch's Friday. On one condition delivery before 12:00 On Monday they could not do it Over the weekend. With the promise they will deliver before 12:00 On Monday And i requested they will call my wife Sunday i get a call Asking the adress. On my number i provided it again and ask If it will be before 12:00. Nobody ask them that. Although it were writen down. So i ask him it now then. Today i get a very rude call again. Asking me the adress. I again give it with the reminder of before 12:00. Full of stories NO they are first doing other deliveries. I am last on the route. So i want to cancel the sale I am not there after 12:00 and apparantly the truck alredy left them i have to pay delivery fees!! For a non delivery. So thank you Hirch this will be the last time of empty promises from you.
The worst company to have Fiber from First 4 months after installation i just had a line speed of 20 mbps on a 100mbps line. Complained a lot. Always testing right at their side. After stopping to pay they come and the installation had a bit of plastic in the connector. Al of a sudden i had 100 mbps line. Ask my money back for the 90mbps i paid extra for. NOOO. Then the price went up and i downgraded because it went up R250 a month. Within the first year. I paid every month my R899 for a 50mbps line. All of a sudden i owe them a extra R74 this month. No idea why but they threatening to disconnect if i did not pay immediately.
They retried 4 times to fix my fridge. Cost me over R5000 very time now it is as good as new! Now they blocked me on phone and whattsapp From Kleinmond in the western cape. Pathetic 083 882 2652 or 082 341 4861
I keep complaining that i have half the speed i am paying for!! I have a 100mbps line and it tested on their prescribed app less than 50mbps at the router with a appel ipnone 12 pro. Apparntly just with a plugged in ethernet cable can i get 100mbps. Still dont have the answer where on my where the 12 pro max take that cable!! Sean Mileham aned Christopher Reynolds is just spinning stories and today my download speed is 68mbps. and my upload speed is 3.2 mpbs tested now. So my wife use our MTN router that the contract had thankfulle not exspired yet to do her work on skype! So how is that possible!!
