Parcel was supposed to be delivered on the 9th but later in the evening got sms that they couldn’t deliver and there’s no reason, 10th March I emailed early in the morning and was promised it is out on delivery 16h32 I call the call centre they said it will be delivered cut off time it’s 18h30 I’m writing this now it’s 20h15
I bought my defy fridge in 2015 and it is good as new, through this load shedding, load reduction it has been standing no funny noise whatsoever, this fridge is very strong and wouldn’t think of any brand if I decide to upgrade
This company is not being honest about their services, the claim they are a prepaid service but when you decide you are not paying for a certain month they tell you you have an outstanding balance because last month you didn’t pay, how can I pay for services I didn’t get??? I want my R440 that I paid to renew my services. You send numerous emails no reply, you call they tell you finance department in a meeting from 8 to 3pm???
I am failing to access my retirement 2 pot savings, I've went to the jhb branch 5 times and I'm being told to wait for 24 hours my profile will be okay but nothing is happening. I've reported on their fb page, they promised to call it's now 8 days and no call from them
Last month I changed to paying using card because it was having troubles then this month I went back to adding it on dstv and paid but now they keep trying to debit my card and when I explain to showmax agents they are confused themselves. They tell me I have two different emails and I've been using showmax through dstv. I am so bored I can't pay this side and the other side
Not so long ago I had posted a review about how fast their service was, but now I'm sitting with an internet that's not working. Their infrastructure is a disappointment. I'm getting loss of signal in a space of 30 days. To make it worse I called all day no one answered my calls. I am sick of this.

My internet was down and I called them in the morning and they sent technicians within one hour 30 minutes and they only took twenty minutes to fix my line. Their service is fast and they should keep it that way
Good day so my mom had placed an order with homechoice July and they delivered wrong size then she gets a call from a homechoice agent telling her she won R1000 from a draw and the next thing when I check her statement I discovered she now owes more than R6300, there was an order placed of R4300 and already delivered we don't know to who because she never received it. Homechoice agents are fraudsters
