Ref nr BOT0020005647. I have an account with these people. I have been handed over to them. My daughter has a trust and for the trust to pay this account the trust need an invoice with my daughter's name and surname on. I have send numerous emails through to a Melissa van Zyl last week so that I can send it through to the trust so that they can make a payment. I am struggling to get that invoice from them, they keep on ignoring my emails. I keep on receiving threatening messages that the Sheriff of the court will come and take my stuff. So what must I do if they do not want to give me that invoice? It seems that they do not want the money but now they are threatening me. I'm doing my part to have this money paid but they keep on ignoring me.
My daughter of 12 years is a member of Fedgroup. Her father left her money but now unfortunately it is in a trust with Fedgroup. I have send an invoice through to them of an amount of R1410 for subject bags that she will be needing for next year. They never phoned me to let me know that they will only pay 50% of it. If it was the case I would not have gone forward with this. Fedgroup know my situation. I cannot find a job due to kidney failure and I am on dialysis 3 times a week. They also told me at the beginning they pay for school stuff. So this is school related but still they do not want to pay the full amount. I have send emails asking why is the other 50% not paid but I do not get any response from them just saying it takes 3-5 days to work through it and it is more then 3-5 days. My argument is, this is my daughter's money and she needs the subject bags for school and now Fedgroup is refusing to pay the whole amount. Im gratefull that they paid for the stationary but she needs the subject bags. If they only pay 50% why do they ask for an invoice then?
My daughter has a trust with Fedgroup. She needs to go to the dentist on Monday the 4th December and she needs to go under sedation. I am struggling since 13 November to get Fedgroup to pay for the sedation. I have send a quote through and yesturday I phoned to ask what is going on so the consultant told me that they will come back to me with feed back. Now this morning I phoned and then they told me they need a confirmation letter of the dr banking details. So I lost it. They need the payment today. These people do not understand how serious this is. If no payment is made they are going to cancel the booking and then my daughter can only go again next year. So she needs to walk with a sore mouth but they don't care. Nobody informed me about the letter. I'm phoning them now but I am holding on now for 10 min and no answer. There goes my airtime, and do you think they will phone you back no because it is too much work. I am so tired of begging. If the dentist is going to cancel the appointment then I will be very angry with Fedgroup then they will get me a good dentist that will help my daughter.
My daughter was at ER Consulting on 3 May 2022. The diagnosis was an enlarged spleen. We were referred to Donald Gordon Hosp. My daughter (10 years) went for a bone marrow biopsy. It came back negative. The dr at Donald Gordon wanted to re-admit her but the medical aid wanted a Clinical History report from the ER dr. The medical aid send the forms to info@erconsulting.co.za on 13/06/2022. After a week I went to the ER and according to Julian they never received the forms. So I had to get the medical aid to re-send it to Julian. I have told her that this is a matter of urgency, but they do not care about the patients they only care about the money. Now the dr did not put all the info on the form. It stated CLINICAL HISTORY - What does that mean? cant they read? What does HISTORY stand for? Now I have sent Julian an email asking that any dr can fill in the form as long as the history is on the form. They do not know the urgency of this matter. My daughter is in pain constantly. I need that history report asap. I am very disappointed in the ER consulting department. Next time I will use Glynnwood cause they are more professional.
I was behind with my account. On 12th Nov wesbank came to pick up my car and said I must pay them R9300. The following day we paid them the amount and now we phoned 011 632 6000 and now they do not want to give us our car back because we do not have comprehensive insurance on the car and we must wait 48 hours to get our car back. This is bullshit. The guy Siyabonga Masiza told us if we pay then we can get our car immediately. We paid now they have our car, it is theft. If I do not get my car today I will open a theft case against wesbank. And I did email the proof of payment to [Email Removed]
On Monday my husband and we went and looked at a flat in Farrarmere that is being rent out from Benoni Board. We liked the place and said we want to apply for the flat. So Benoni Board (Anita) gave us an application form to fill out and we also gave the necessarily paperworks that has been required. After 2 days I phoned to ask what is happening so the one lady at reception said we do not qualify for a flat cause my husband and I we do not earn enough money. But we both earn a combined salary of R12 000. When we applied they never told us that we must have a certain amount salary together. My friend and her husband earns less then we do and they qualify for a flat. So in other words my money Is not good enough and the way I see it they discriminate against the salary. They do not go the extra mile to help customers. I am realy discusted with BenoniBoard, I will not recomend them to anybody.
I'm staying in a flat and I have a cat now for 10 yrs. The guy living next door kicked my cat, so my husband took my cat to the Benoni SPCA for protection for a while. Now I have to pay them R600 to get my cat back and I am only working for a charity myself. My cat has been spaide, so how the hell must I pay R600 to get my cat back that is in my family for 10 years. Everyday my little girl ask me where is my cat when is she coming back and I do not have answers to that cause I do not have R600 and we miss our family member.
