Cartrack keeps disappointing the 3rd schedule installation appointment that's canceled with out even let me know. Worse customer service I ever experienced.
Exstream disappointed in there service. Just went over to them and already there service is so bad. I'm so sorry I ever change to them.

Very disappointed and unhappy with Miway insurance after service. I have sent numerous call backs and even corresponded on WhatsApp but till now the matter is not resolved.

Very unhappy with Standard bank home insurance. Had a water leak that damaged my kitchen cupboards on the 1st June 2025 and till now 9th July 2025 the claim is still not conclude. Every time I get a the run around and excuses.
On the 1st June 2025 my wife had a emergency at home. There was a big water leak coming from under the sink. Not getting hold of me she contacted MiWay and they dispatched a RDT Plumbing. Due to the water leak it damaged the kitchen cupboard. I contacted my Home building insurance and they reguested a Invoice from RDT plumbing so they can complete the claim. Till now 19th of June 2025 I been getting the run around from the mentioned plumber to give me a invoice. I have contacted MiWay on the 18th June 2025 and was assured that the mentioned plumber will issue a invoice today the 19th but when I contacted them again I was again a run around. WHAT IS THE BIG PROBLEM OF GIVING THE INVOICE.
I have received my clearance certificate and paid up letters from my debt counselor at Zero Debt 3 months ago and still my credit profile is not updated according my clearance certificate. When I dispute my credit profile /information I get informed that it's my debt counselor responsible to instruct to update. My debt counselor at Zero debt assured me numerous times that it has been done but still my credit profile does not get updated. Frustrated and unhappy.

For the last 2 days I have been trying to download the app but keeps show to try after 30 minutes. I emailed with no response.
