Efficient service and done exactly how I wanted
Invested some funds in 2017 and to date no communication from the hotel. I even have the share certificate from Compushare but this I guess means nothing when someone is only interest in taking your money and not hearing from them again.
Do not order from them ever. I ordered some items that they advertised they had stock of. The following day the lady called me and said there is no stock so I said then give me a refund. It is over 3 weeks now and I still have not received my refund for order #5533. I even gave them my bank details to process the refund but still no response from them.
I took my car in for a service to club motors fountains for a brake fluid service. The next day the brakes were not right after the service so I took it back to them then later that day they called me to say they were testing my car and the bonnet flipped open and bent the whole bonnet and cracked the windscreen and also damaged the wipers. How the hell can a bonnet flip open backwards hitting the windscreen and bending both sides of the bonnet at the windscreen end. This is what the workshop manager LIBERTY told me. I do not believe this is what happened. This is total rubbish and not the truth. Something else happened in the workshop for this **** up to happen. All they can tell me is sorry for the “mishap”. The workshop manager is also a rude idiot who does NOT know how to treat a customer or tell the truth. I had a buyer on the car before this incident happened and told Liberty this and he tells me over the phone to LIE to the buyer and say my car is at the dealership for a 40 point check. I would never lie on something like this. My car is now sitting at Club Motors Gezina for repairs worth of over R 24 000.00 The sale of my car would be lost as well Do not service your car at club motors fountains any longer as they do not car about what happens to your at the dealership as the workshop manager Liberty will give you the “not our problem/don’t care” attitude.
<p>I called transition as I was having trouble logging on. The guy then told me that he can offer me my credit report with alerts for R319 per year. I then agreed to this for him to charge me for R319 for the credit report. The next day I see 2 debit orders gone off my bank for R 318.99 and I still did not receive my credit report. After 3 days I called them again and then only they sent me my credit report however I also enquired about why i have been debited twice and the guy told me they will reverse one transaction after showing that it off twice on my Account. but till today I have not received a response from them and also no reply to my emails. They are quick to take your money twice for nothing but will never return your money. This a STEALING.</p>
<p>How is it possible that my account balance goes up when I still have data, free minutes and sms's available? I called the call center today and the lady tells me there is a block on my account and then I tell her about my data that keeps on disappearing even though I monitor it on a daily basis and she just says she cannot help me with that or tell me how my account balance has gone up. What is a call Centre there for then?? Every month you VODACOM steal from customers data bundles and I monitor it daily and the balance of data keeps on disappearing without me even using the data on my phone. How also can my balance go up without an explanation of what used up my balance? Even with data available and free minutes available my balance charged only increases </p>
On the 12th of November 2015 I transferred a large some of funds to the MTNZ bank account and they say it takes up to 7 working days for the funds to reflect on the MTNZ account. Till today the funds are not reflecting in my MTNZ account and I cannot trade MTNZ shares. When I call the call center they say it will be transferred and I should wait. They even acknowledge my payment but did not allocate it to my MTNZ account.
I subscribed to the financial mail for a 3 months subscription at the beginning of March and till today I haven't received any subscriptions. They asked me to send them an email to follow up on which I did to [Email Removed] but still no response from them. I don't think I would subscribe to to it again and I pay and just waste my money by not getting the service.
