My account woolworths loan was paid in full 14 August 2021, but till to date credit bureau shows that I'm still owing woolworths and the so called balance accumulated interest now is R321 380. Paid up letter was signed 28 March 2022. I would like the information to be updated on credit bureau.
My claim process was easy and quick. They also assisted me with app challenges
Please assist I bought couches 30 November 2016 with an extended warranty of two years. In 2018 I logged a complaint that two of the seats have cracks and the store sent people to assess them and replaced the whole set on the 27 October 2018. Now in July 2020 I logged a complaint that five of the seats have cracks on them and the store said they will send somebody to assess, however they came 30 July 2020 to pick them up for repairs they say. Now I'm told that I'll hear from them within three weeks as the message on the store system says "awaiting quote". My question is how is it that I'm expected to pay for repairs while they are still warranty? were they not supposed to change the whole set? How come in less than 4 years I have a complaint with the couches that when I bought them I was told it's pure leather. My details are as follows: Old cellphone number: 083 483 9952 new contact number: 081 769 3251 - They brought back the the couches only to find out that they don't have recliners. they took them back and therefore they have not brought them back and now the warranty expired 31 October 2020. They are supposed to replaced the worn out couches with new couches but they purposely delayed until now. Its been 4 months with out sits in my house.
On the 24th of June I bought storage containers at Game store Trade root mall in Lenisa . Yesterday when I was using one of the containers I realized that it doesn't have a handle. Today I went to the store and I met Mr Mkhize at the entrance and he said I must bring the containers back. I then asked how possible is that I can bring both containers back for one handle , that means I must have transport in order to show them that I need the handle . Mr Mkhizes argument was how sure will he be that the other container doesn't need a handle and my argument was how can I travel from ennerdale to trade root just to lie about one handle . He then checked my slip to verify my purchase date ; he then said I must join the queue then go speak to someone in customer service or go back home and fatch the containers

DTS Contractors was building in CHBAH and they sprayed a chemical and that chemical damaged the surface of the car, windows and windscreen, we logged a complain. Mr Mashinini Managing Director meet with us and he promised to look into it. He then send us an email with a list of documents required by his insurance Santam for liability claim. Supporting documents was emailed to MR Mashinini on 12 June 2019 for all affected cars off which its +/- 20. I spoke to Santam and I was told that they are still awaiting for supporting documents. Complain was logged 12 April 2019 till to date we have not received any resolution.
I went to BP Garage at Ennerdale with three bars indicating that I can still drive for 230km with what is left in my petrol tank. So when I arrive there on Friday I pored R300 Petrol at 14H33 pump number 3 assisted by the guy named Aron. Usually what I do when I go to pour petrol I switch of the engine, then Aron poured petrol and I swiped with my debit card and pick 'n pay points. Started the car and left only to see that my petrol Gage is still on three bars as it was when I got there. I then went back to tell him that my petrol Gage did not go up as usual, he said maybe my petrol Gage is not working. He said I must go home and see if it does not adjust. Saturday morning I was there around 8H05 am and was told that these nothing they can do about it because the manager(Vick) is not inn therefore I'll have to come back Monday when his available, I asked if they cant call him and I was told that he does not want to be disturbed when his home. One of the guys asked if I have that particular receipt and I told him I do not have cause apparently that is the one can prove if petrol was poured or not, I told him that I do not have that receipt from the computer that indicate which pump was used, petrol attendant and how many litres poured. When I asking Aron about that receipt he said it is not important I must come Monday when the manager(Vick) is available. Monday morning I went there and I was told that his coming inn around 8H00 so I left, In the afternoon when I go there I was told that I just missed him and they tried to get the receipt and they said that the petrol was poured. When I went there Friday to pour petrol my petrol Gage had three bars with 230km, meaning if the petrol was poured it should have more km to travel. I left there went to Engine and poured R300 petrol came back to Bp to show them that my petrol Gage went up to six bars meaning my petrol Gage is working fine and it even showed that I have 510km. I'm truly convinced that they cheated me and this issue of manager that cannot be disturbed when the is a problem I do not understand. At some stage they said maybe I used the petrol over the weekend, others saying petrol went up, other saying Renault cars are problematic, other saying there was a client that poured R500 and the Gage did not go up and come back to complain and they showed him the receipt and he pored R300 again and only then the Gage went up. I would appreciate it if this matter can be resolved as I ended up feeling as if I'm trying to cheat.
Hi I have an insurance with metropolitan POLICY NUMBER ********** 780/ ********** . The policy covered my uncle and his wife. My uncle's wife passed on 2016. I claimed and it was paid. So now my uncle passed on 6/9/2018. I'm told that he was erroneously deleted when processing my claim in 2016. Therefore they are going to pay only the contributions until the date amounting to R1700. He was covered for R5000. I have to travel to Eastern Cape for burial and contribute towards the funeral. How do I do it now when I'm penalized by Metropolitan for the wrong doing of their employee. I would appreciate it if this can be resolved as this was not my fault.
