Very very bad experience! My check in bag was 3 kg less. Already checked in at the counter at 21.9kg allowance 23.9kg. My hand luggage was 4kg more it was 16kg. Weighed in the security line by an absolute rude *****! I had to pay 150euro to check in my hand luggage because the laptop bag and small suitcase and check in baggage were average 1kg more!! After standing in the long baggage check line and finished there and then security check in line we had to go AGAIN and stand in the loooooong suitcase check in line where we were close to the front going through security. When we returned to the security line after an hour again. The very rude guy that was at the hand luggage check was gone and they were letting everyone in with MUCH BIGGER and you can clearly see how the bags hang on the people it is much HEAVIER and bigger than fitting in that basket. So they were letting literally 60 people through infront of us without checking them and we were targeted because we were ***. I saw the guy treating us much differently than all the other people. We were literally treated like ********s. We will never ever use Air France again!! Never!!! Wasted our time and we were nearly late and stressing costing us money. We weigh 70kg and all the fat people around us weighing at leas 100 or 120kg. So they are allowed to sit nearly on top of us with their fat bodies, sitting half onto my seat, I paid for. But they only pay for one seat. They have at least 30-50kg extra. We had to pay 150 euro for 1kg average more and had to go through all the trouble. But the fat people can go through with their big bags without weighing it for free and 50kg extra on their bodies for free it is more than two big check in bags. In other words 300 euros plus weight they get for FREE!!! But we were targeted by a ****phobic official and the fat people can go through. WHAT YOU CAN DO TO IMPROVE: You can WEIGH ALL PASSENGERS and their suitcases and take the average and let people pay extra according to that to make it fair. Otherwise it is absolutely unfair and ************** against LEAN PASSENGERS!! You can be CONSISTENT on scrutinising every single person with their hand luggage and not be *****s. If you make some people pay and others not you are exhorting money from innocent people that cannot afford it. 150 euro is the monthly minimum wage in South Africa per month for someone working 35 hours per week and 140 hours per month. So you took a whole months wage of mine, I saved 5 years to come to France and other fat ass people that probably earn euros. That is absolute ******ION of the poorest people wanting to have a pleasant holiday!!

Very friendly and caring doctor. He goes above and beyond, I can really recommend him to anyone that is going for an operation in Klerksdorp. When he talks to you all the nervousness dissapear. He is a very good aneathetist. Thank you Doctor for your amazing service and the best is, I did not even have a co-payment because he has a contract with my medical aid. I was so pleased.
We had pest control out for ants in March 2024. They had to come back 3 times already. The ants are not dying. They keep on destroying my products. We do everything as they advise us, to not wash the floors or counter tops for 2 days. Nothing has worked so far. I am extremely disappointed!!!! We paid R1000 for this *******.
I am a man and was absolutely INSULTED and HUMILIATED at OR TAMBO Airport, in public to take off my cap and put it in a basket when I went through security. I asked why should I take it off. The guard said for security purposes. Right before me there was two Black ladies one with a knitted hat and the other one with a headscarf on and they both went through without being asked to take it off. Next to me was THREE Black ladies that went through with WIGS on. NONE of these people were asked to take it off and put it in the basket. I asked the guard why should I take it off but not them. He didn’t answer me. He just said it is a security risk. My cap is my head decoration and I do not like to take it off. I never ever take it off, because I am bald. Why am I discriminated against??? Is it because I am white? People with wigs can look different every day. And they can smuggle anything underneath it. The same with the one lady with the traditional headscarf and the other one with the knitted beanie. Is that not a security risk???? Why is it that I was humiliated in public and discriminated against??? Why did I have to take off my cap and put it in a dirty basket going through dirty rubber slats that touches thousands of people’s suitcases and belongings and then I must put my cap that is contaminated all over back on my head. My cap cost R600. Some of the wigs the ladies buy is not even R300 in China malls and Pep. I pay so much for my air ticket. I pay alot for my parking there at the airport. I support the businesses at OR Tambo. ACSA get a cut off everything. But I have to be HUMILIATED in PUBLIC!!!! IS THAT HOW ACSA OPERATE??? Is that how customers are being treated????!!!! Tell me how is the knitted hat, lady with wigs are not security risks. South Africa is suppose to be a non-discriminative country and everyone is equal. But apparently NOT!!!!!! I am appalled about how I was treated. I will circulate this on social media every day for the rest of the year to make people aware of the **************. I will take videos and put it on Tiktok. Until ACSA apologises and undertake to never ever do it again!!!! And treat me with respect and me equal to any other lady with traditional head decorations and WIGS on!!!!!
Good day! With the delivery of Mr Delivery and other services of your own delivery it is absolutely not acceptable to deliver an open Food! I am referring to the McFlurry. NO lid - NO Clingwrap. The driver handle it and put it in his bag, breath and speak over it where he can spit on it, cough or sneeze over it. It is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE in today with Covid which is very contagious. The driver's bag is delivering 100's of food parcels per day that so many people touch specifically when they take out drinks or Ice cream. Please learn form KFC's Crushers it is completely closed. I am not saying pollute the environment further like they do. But at least it is hygienic and safe food handling. Cling wrap or a Paper lid of some sort would work perfectly. NO Macdonald's I am disappointed. You are MUCH better and bigger than that!! Until there is a solution we are a household of 7 that orders 3-4 times a week. We are going to refrain completely from ordering MCD until this (HUGE) problem has been Solved. We are completely happy ordering KFC instead! Sorry MCD! We are not accepting OPEN food. (Potentially Infected)
Read my post from 15 March 2020. It's a follow up. Guess what I still haven't received my ring back from Dennis Collins East London. 4 months now. I wonder if they still have it? Unprofessional Company and unethical!! I am furious!
CTM Klerksdorp Amazing service from the dispatch personnel with the red overalls and then Most of All, Grace the biggest star of the store. I don't even know she was not the manager. She deserve to be a manager. Well done and thank you for the AMAZING fast and prompt service every single time!
Good day. I bought 3 x blue SKU 81455005 DOUBLE HALF MASK RESPIRATOR COM1000 about 3 weeks ago online from LEROY MERLIN. The ones you usually work in spray booths with or with fumes etc. There was one for R99 it specified it was without filters and then which appeared to be exactly the same for R124. It came up as a suggested product when I clicked on the alternative one. This one didn't specify that it doesn't come with filters it said comes with two cartridges, which I thought obviously it is the filters that is why the R25 more. It arrived without filters, I was very disappointed and wrote a review on the product on their website. You also give a star rating explain the situation or compliment and in the end it asks would you recommend it to a friend. Which I clicked NO. Part of my review was I am a new client someone could have called me and said do you know it doesn't include filters can we add it for you. Obviously during the Corona time the probability that a client order it that it will be used as a mask for legislation will be high. I wanted to support other businesses with online stores and not Takealot where I usually buy this time. There was available on Takealot. After the review. I got a email saying that they are looking into it. This morning got a mail. Sorry my review has been read by staff and unfortunately it doesn't meet the review criteria for their website. Again not even someone calling me. So they decide which reviews are published very unfair and unreliable site. On Takealot I do not pay courier because I order above R600. With this I had to pay R129 courier. This could have been their attitude if courier was free and they meant okay order the filters you will get the it anyway. I will not recommend this product and the dealings was questionable. Why will another mask comes up when I search a mask and click on it and says lo recommended product, but not the filters?? If it was supposed to be seperate.
