Phoned the AA to enquire about the find u Rem-i Amica device,the whole experience was a pleasure,from answering to putting me thru to one of their agents.I spoke to a Mr. Modika Yende who was most knowledgeable and friendly.Needless to say I bought the device then and there.Well done guys,keep up the good service
Been a subscriber since the late eightees,that makes it 40 years,never missed a payment.Contacted them to cancel my subscription,which works out to nearly R12000.00p/a.The operator I spoke to was only interested in charging me a cancellation fee.and had the gall to cut our conversation. Obviously they need customers anymore,surly ask why I am cancelling and try to keep your regular paying subscribers.DSTV....you are totally out of touch with what's going on.
Mi South Africa don't answer their phone,emails and phone app.Looks like they want to sell their product without backup.Dont trust them.

I am now forced to accept their terms for a Premiun service which I don't need. This is a case of Vodacom bullying their customers...Extortion... Vodacom we live in a Democracy where we have choices and first have discussions.
Went to visit Eastgate Store to hopefully buy a new Galaxy S6 Lite Wi-Fi.On enquiry was told they don't have one on display because there was no space.Disgusted bu the arrogant uncaring attitude of the sales person,I then went to Apple store to look at the IPad .They had some on display and the sales staff where very wilLing to assist.Because I am familiar with the Android echo system,I obviously would like to give Samsung one more chance.So Samsung where can I see one.One last thing,why is the galaxy S7 tablet double the price of the USA version which can be imported for about R13000.00 including transport
Wrote a review two day ago,yesterday got a call from a NICK,promising to investigate and call me back the same day (yesterday)I am still waiting.Seemed to be genuine about looking into and solving this complaint.....however it's a case of 'over promise and under deliver' Guys time to seriously delivery as promised or refund the money
Getting worried as to the type of service I am receiving. on 29/06/2020 placed on order and paid for it. No tracking number given. 08/07/2020 sent email "Hi guys. Just inquiring as to where we are in respect the shipment." Answer. The eta on below order is for end of July begging August we will ship out as soon as we receive.More emails 29/07 "End of July is here please update me,or send me a tracking number"Answer'We are waiting of couriers to delivery through to us we will inform you as soon as we receive it in the next few days.Dehan Williams.07/08"Good Morning Dehan. Time unfortunately marches on and I am now at that point where I must ask you for a definite delivery date,or I would ask for you to refund my money.Decision is yours.Please advise . Answer.Good day.I will escalate this to our CEO as I have not received feedback from our couriers.
