I am so disappoint with the service received from telkom's call center and their customer service email address. I have calling the call center, each time the consultants could not provide me with answers but drop calls on me instate. I emailed and still no joy. I took out contract October 2022 which came with a huawei Nova 9, last year July I decided to take samsung S24 with the same contract and carried the device fee for Huawei Nova 9. The device carry over fee for Nova 9 was supposed to have ended this year September but I am still billed for it. Why I am still paying for a device carry over fee that was supposed to have ended in September already? I am still paying the same amount. Regards, Ingrid
I am very disappoint with the clicks online service, I order on the 17th April and never received my parcel. No communication whatsover from Clicks. On Saturday the 26th April i sent them and was told that they will attend to my query on the next business day with the 29th April. 29th April no communication from the them, I called again only to be told that there was a technical issue and my order could not be placed and they have escalated and provide me with feedback. 30th April i received an email with two option either the refund to my bank or the clicks clubcards. I refused either options and requested that they order for me. They took my address and details of the receiver, nothing from them since then. Today 06th May, I called again only to be told that my order was only recreated yesterday and the parcel only be dispatched to courier. There is no sense of urgency at all from them, I still have waiting for order to be delivered.
I had a car accident on the 17th March 2024 and my car was written off, I was assisted Lettrisa and my car was settled. She kept me posted every step of the way. At some point i missed the part that my car was moved to the auction at I thought it was at Renew it and my baby's car seat was inside. She sent the money i can use to go collect the car seat. I am gladly recommending auto and general as the insurer of choice, thank you 🥰🥰
City Property Kempton Place has the worst management ever especially at the office. I moved in the building August 2024, unfortanetly shortly after my move our floor was flooded with sewage. Everyone was allowed and they gave the run around until i could not no longer move. I have indicated that i still wanted to move January and they told that option is no longer available yet when they offered it they never gave us a time frame. I am forced to stay here with a carpet that was not properly washed and neighbours ones was washed more than 5 times. I cancelled my debit order submitted the form and the lost it at the office, I resubmitted and it was still not done. I sent Sarika an email to enquire about refund for debit order rejection fee and got no response about it. The recent one is that i have a car accident on the 17th March and my car was written off. Be cause i was injured i could only be able to cancel my parking on the 04th April and asking for it to be back dated to 31st March since i last used it on the 17th March, I did not get a response from Sarika. Why is your management so insensitive and disrepectful. I have never been able to pick yet from financial loss i experienced during the sewage burst thats why i wanted to move to a smaller unit and now i must pay for a parking that i won't be using. Propworld is equal worst, I enquired about my refund for the rejected debit order fee and responded with the lease termination forms. I want to move in like yesterday, sadly my lease is far from expiring and i cant afford to lose and any money.
I am very disappoint with telkom mobile. I had a financial problem so my debit order didn't go through. I made an arrangement to pay 40 percent of my bill with Nombulelo from collections. I then called in to log a dispute as she advised but i was told to settle the full outstanding, i then did so. I only missed one debit for the 5th October but they already calculated that i missed the debit order for the 5th November as well. I mean we are still in October. This morning i woke up from a debit order from Telkom which included the amount, I already paid and the amount i am suppposed to pay on the 5th November. I never changed my debit order date and certainly never authorised this debit. Worse part this was not even communicated to me, like what the hell. I reserve the debit order and i want to reimbussed for all the charges, like every single cent. I also want all the call recordings. I will not charge a return debit order fee for a debit order i didn't i am so ****ed right. Correct this asap
I took out a PMD policy in August, this year if i am not mistaken. For some reason the was no money in account to pay as result my policy lapsed. A retention consultant called, i told him that i just took out a policy and i am not going to cancel it, because the provide was very helpful to me. I told him maybe October but he call me first, i never picked his called and he went ahead to activate the policy without my concern. I was suprised to see a return debit order, which i was charged for by my bank at my expense. I called them and spoke to same retention consultant and he still did not cancel my policy to date, i just got an sms that they are going debit my account again. I made it clear with my last call, that i am not interested and never authorized the reinstatement. Worse part i even emailed and to date nothing has been done.
i am very disappointed yesterday i went midcity auto body at 470 madiba street, arcadia who are your authorized auto body repairer. To collect my car which was booked last week for a scretchs on my right door, the kind of treatment i received was horrible to a point that when i left the guy who was assisting me told me to never come back even my friend my never come by the name of sergio. The problem began when i was making my payments, i first made a payment from my fleet card which declined they called absa for authorization it was resolved. Then my nedbank card also declined when i was making the rest of the payment, the lady called standard bank for authorization but paid with a transaction on the phone instate and now could not bank on their system, that's why i had to go through the humanilation. I got there at 14:50 and left at around 17:48. I called nedbank the first they didn't even help. Immediately she called made that transaction it went of my account i received, because they didn't have proof i was now treated like a criminal. I was rudely told that i must that if the payment does not reflect i am not going to get my car and made it as if the fault was on my site. I kept telling them that the fault was with their system, until one of them who was trying to help tried a transaction with the card to discover the problem was with their swiping machine i have never received such bad treatment before, i was never given a change to even check my car before driving off. Being in the financial services industry myself this was not is really bad.
