The security personnel in the Edgewood Campus (UKZN) some of them are very arrogant and rude, they act as if they are running their own businesses π² Their behavior needs to be fixed.
Ever since i started renting a car with Pace Car Rentals in September 2025, i have received an excellent service, and would definitely recommend them to friends and family π
Service is excellent and satisfactory, can't wait to rent another vehicle from them π€
Intercape bus service is no longer up to standard, not sure if they took advantage of the Grayhound terminating their service to the public. When booking a bus for instance from Gauteng to Durban, they don't inform the passengers that it will go via all the stations up until your destination, something Grayhound used to do. There's supposed to a bus that goes direct from Joburg to Durban and only stops to only designated drop-offs. You find yourself traveling the entire day and reach your destination extremely late and sometimes you need to connect to reach your place of residence, which is very, very risky because of the ****s all around the corner. I think it's about time they change their schedule/ routine. If you want to go via a certain town they have to be transparent that the bus you are booking will go via such town and they must try to implement some changes that will suit each and every individual and not to be dictacted. I find this system of theirs extremely unacceptable.
I'm not happy about Bolt service especially in the KZN province Each time you book a ride they accept and immediately the driver cancels when maybe he feels that the fee is too small. They also have a tendency of dispatching a car with a different plate number to the one you have on your records and also the driver is not that they dispatch . This behaviour makes me uncomfortable and stranded at times.
By introducing CheckersSixty60 you made a huge impact especially to elderly people who can't always go shopping physically and opened doors for other retailers such as Pick n Pay, Spar and others just to mention a few to follow on this brilliant idea. Keep up the great work πͺ
Home Affairs Empangeni KZN and Richards Bay KZN offices, they don't pick up the phones when trying to reach them for enquiries e even if you try to contact an official privately.
Meals are mouth watering, friendly atmosphere and the staff always willing to assist. I love it.
Everything was well explained, extremely satisfied.
The street lights office number is not answered when you want to report the lights that are not operational. The number just rings until it is cut off. These guys don't want to do their job, it's frustrating.
