Complete ****! They collect all your data to sell to third parties and you receive nothing in return. They don't pay out cashouts due to you. Initially used to be a good app. Since last year, they haven't paid out what is due. They send you a generic email to say they have been busy with system upgrades. But many customers have been waiting months and still have not been paid what is due to them.
Huge ****!! Do not order from them. I have still not received my purchase and when you try to phone the customer care, you get to number 1 in the queue and then the call cuts. When you email them, you receive a ticket number but no-one ever responds to your query. Stay away from this online store - definitely a ****!
I have been a client at Laser Lipo Global Amanzimtoti for years. Sadly, over the years I have seen a shocking decline in their administration. Karina is an absolute darling and so good at her job. Frankly, she is the only reason I have continued thus far. The branch's inability to make appointments and keep to them is beyond awful! I have had numerous bad encounters regarding appointments not being honoured. They have also had such a high turn over of staff...so really not sure what is happening here .If you are expecting professional, efficient services, don't bother using this branch. My advise to you, is try another branch or another company. Will not be purchasing any further packages with them.
One of the best customer service I've experienced in a while. We didn't want the hassle of assembling the chest drawer, so the staff at nuvo italia graciously assembled the chest drawer for us at a small added fee. They kept us updated on delivery and made sure we were happy with their services at all time. The quality of the furniture is fantastic! Highly recommend.
The most phenomenal, exhilarating experience of my life! It was my 1st time skydiving and I am by no means an adrenaline junkie. Roy was amazing and I felt completely safe knowing I was in expert hands. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience and will recommend Durban Skydive Centre to anyone from novice to experienced! Professional, friendly staff. They rock!!!!
I cannot understand how such a big company like Discovey can think of doing business with kulula - comair. I am currently a vitality member (family vitality), and I am starting to wonder if the vitality premiums are even worth it. I'm sorry Discovery, you advertise that having vitality has so many benefits, but it is pointless if your rewards partners are unable to deliver efficient services. I have had the most horrendous experience with kulula. I had made a booking using vitality as they are the only rewards travel partner you have for local holidays and now I am out of pocket substantially. The biggest attraction for me to vitality was the travel rewards- I now have to re-think keeping my vitality- I really don't think its worth the exorbitant premiums.

Whilst I understand that the company was under business rescue, surely the best way to ensure sustainability of the business is to make sure that existing clients are happy! I had 6 months of going back and forth with the reservation supervisor in order to cancel my holiday accommodation and secure a refund. Their current habit of not replying to clients is disgusting. Worse than that, yesterday I tried to sort out a re-booking of the flights booked with that holiday (as they do not do a refund on flights) and I ended up close to tears in frustration. I spend over an hour on the phone, at my expense, only to have the call cut while I was on hold! The lady that assisted me really didnt seem to know her job and I will now be out of pocket for the flights booked for my trip. Do yourself a favour - don't use kulula. Rather go with a more competent, efficient team.

Delivery is also quite efficient and they have made it so easy to track your order on their app. Even returns are a pleasure to organize. Well done Takealot on the amazing customer service
Received my order yesterday and absolutely thrilled with it! Manicaa was very good with keeping me updated on my order and assisted me with stipulating size required (ordered an article of clothing). Will definitely order from them again.
