Some clever person at Citiq decided I had an ******* connection without any proof whatsoever !! He summarily blocked 2 electricity meters preventing my tenants from buying electricity vouchers !! All because I couldn't answer his questions about where the municipality's meter is. Do I work for the municipality to know these things ? It is a business complex !! Do not, trust them : they give very bad service !!
Security questions are stupid: it is refusing me to pay my daughter her pocket money !!!!!! Really????????????????????????????? I made a booking and had to change the date. They charge more that the original ticket price if I wanted to change it from my name to my husbands name : really ????????? Obviously I decide to keep it in my name. Then I receive a message from them about a schedule change regarding the flight. They could just have added that it is going to leave 10 minutes later: no, I have to phone them !! After half an hour listening to music at my expense, she tells me the flight leaves 10 minutes later. Never again will I use them !!!!! No respect for their passenger's time/ money.
Absolute money making racket !! It is not possible to put a new battery into these machines once the battery dies !! What nonsense is this !! Just for this reason I will buy a card machine from another vendor !!!!!!!!
Tried to cancel my season recording of Afrikaans News when it was still in the 6.30 time slot. Agents in the call center too untrained to assist. I was told to visit a Multichoice branch as the poor agent unfortunately had no idea what to do to assist me. Wasting my time and money: yet super quick to accept my payment monthly. They should try employing people who are trainable and actually awake when they are at work.
Impossible to link a business account to a residential account on their website: too complicated for them to understand how to programme this !!
Ordered their cartridges via Take a Lot: received the incorrect cartridges. A major mission to get it returned !!!! Do not buy cartridges from them or Take a lot !!
They sent me an incorrect printer cartridges: not what I ordered !!!!! then refused to supply the correct cartridges........ made me jump through hoops to prove to them that it was incorrect. Real poor service. Maybe they have grown too big for their boots ???? Also refused to phone me after several attempts : to cut costs , they only email !!!!!
They take your money gladly but don't expect service in return !!! I paid on 28 Desember : when I made enquiries on 10 Jan they still had not sent my licence out . They were closed : how is it my fault ?? Pity the person who programmed their computers is too dumb to calculate the correct amount including January......... what a shame !!
