I could rate this a -100 if I was allowed to. What a pathetic courier company. I ordered multiple items through Makro and The Courier guy was the company tasked with the deliveries. All other items delivered Saturday multiple deliveries made by different vehicles still bugs me how that even works. 1 item was left to be delivered, I received a communication that the item will be delivered on the 1st and around 7am another notification that say "out for delivery", I the received WhatsApp message with the PIN. Today its the 3rd and I have yet to receive my delivery. 3 days I stayed at home waiting for a delivery. I eventually called in since no one bothered to call or send an update only to be told it was delivered in a wrong address. I spoke to Tevin from the Contact Centre who tried to assist. He said he called Kevin who is the operational manager from the hub who promised that will be delivered today the 3rd December. I want this to be delivered today not tomorrow
I would like to send my appreciation to one of your Sales Consultants her name is Kay Matsebatlela (apologies if I misspelled or pronounced your name and surname incorrectly). Although I didn't take out what she offered but I do appreciate good service when I see and hear one. Her product knowledge and honesty is impecable. I am beyond ****ed with Telkom. Been trying to cancel my contract for the past 2 months and they keep debiting my account. I have sent countless mails and received no response. This is utter ******* service. I don't want to renew this contract if this is what one is subjected to. It's thievery what they are doing.
This one of most useful ISP ever. It's the 3rd day (since Wednesday the 12th) now with minimal or no connection. Spent a large amount of time calling their call centre (Spoke to Pemelo, Nosipho, Precious just to name a few and a whole other agents) with multiple false promises. Logged tickets 642474. They eventually deployed their contractors to come and fix the issue, when the contractors came they told me it's reading high 31 whatever that means. They said it's should read less than 27, I then asked them to fix it they said they can't they will have tobrefer the job to another another technicians need to come and fix it which means this didnt fall in their scope of work. Well as expected no thechnician pitched yesterday. Its 6h30 and there's no connection. If there was 0 star rating I would rate it that.
This shop gives the ****tiest online shopping experience, this the 2nd time they did this to me. I bought an Item online and gave me the 24th (Friday) as a delivery date so I used a work address. After the payment goes through the date changed to the 25th (Saturday) so I had to send multiple emails to change the address from work to home. We'll that not the half of the story. On the 22nd I received a WhatsApp message from The Courier Guy stating the Item is out for delivery (at this stage I am not even sure where is the delivery heading between the 2 addresses). No phone call from the messenger to ask if I am available (the address part we will figure it out as long as there's communication). Fast forward today it's Saturday still no communication so I decided to take my own time and reach out to find out what's going on lo and behold the parcel has been returned to the hub. How, why, when and by who I would like to find out. Similar to my previous order the treatment has been the same. To save yourselves some trouble don't even think about Makro online purchase it's the worst. You won't even get a reply from their mails except the auto reply. A refund will take you years so you might as well no even attempt.
I recently made a claim for a leaking geyser which unfortunately after assessment the plumbers said it needs to be replaced and for that I needed to pay R2000,00 excess no problem that was arranged. I called the appointed company Big6 Build and Plumbing. I explained to them that there's no one at home during the week only on weekend and the reception lady (Ivy) said it's fine they will come Saturday. They came Saturday the 12th October replaced the geyser and they tested and said everything was fine. Since then the geyser doesn't work we don't get hot water, the tap will pour a litre or less of hot water and then cold water and then it stop no water comes out whilst doing that there's air pressure that comes out. I am not sure if the geyser receive water or what. My attempt to reach out to the company in question has been in vain. All of a sudden the plumbers are not available to work on weekends however before I could pay the R2000,00 excess they "can come at your most convenient time" Ivy said they will only be available after 4 weeks (In not so many words that Ivy lady told me to go to hell). Even after I told her this is unacceptable after a day of picking up the problem, when i told her i will have to a complaint she said "its up to you Sir". It's been a week now with no hot water. We were better of with a leaking geyser atleast we had hot shower and bath. I have small kids and this is worrisome to me. The don't care attitude of the reception or is the secretary it's scary.
In all honest Telkom is a sh*tty company, in November I wanted a new contract which comprised of 2 Samsung A33 for R499 which they said it stocked out alright not a problem. On the 19th January my current contract was due for an upgrade and Telkom CALLED ME and I chose the same deal no biggie everything went all there's a stock and I am told there's only 2 colors available BLACK and BLUE or some color similar to blue because I had to ask what color is that. Today is the 1st February no phones when I do a follow up (because there's no way in hell they will keep you updated) I am told there's in stock. How in the hell you would you sell and approve me for something that is out of stock? I need you sort this out asap. If there was no stock why was the order made and told it will be delivered within 7 days?
Where does one even begin with this, it's been more than a week since they promised to come fix the damage cables. We pay subscription to experience this kind of BS. We were told it will be fixed within 4 days and still we are here. They logged a Ticket Number 203174 the only way to get a feedback if any is when you have to call other than that it's crickets. This is ****ing tiring.
Telkom is the most useless SP, they have Telkom/Showmax that enables you to pay for your Showmax using your Telkom account prepaid (Airtime) or contract. For the past few months it was fine it terms of payment using Telkom airtime to pay for subscription. I knew it would last long given the fact that Telkom is useless. Last night (24th August 2022) I paid using my airtime for the subscription and guess what Showmax didn't receive it and the airtime was deducted successfully on the 0785468651 number. I have been struggling to get this resolved since last night. I am not even getting any feedback from this useless SP. You need to refund me my airtime.
Never in my have I ever experienced such ****ty service. Only had this ISP for 2 months and already I am regretting it. 3 days no internet and no one seems to have any clue of what they are doing. All sounds like headless chickens shooting through the duck hoping for luck. They all gave me different instructions one after the other and not a single one managed to fix or solve my issue. I don't know who is more useless between this one's as they all just sent me mails for the sake of Margaret Mpete Juan Janse Van Rensburg Shanen Eekhout Ivana Maritz Shanice Betchoo Mpho Koelman It's funny because my whole area's infrastructure is this company but I going to make sure that those I know use a different ISP.
