The advertised product implies that you get 2 x grinders as it specificallyi sets a SET. I've received just one grinder . The advertising say" What's in the box 1 x Gravity Electric Salt and Pepper Grinder SET Mill(Sold by Bolinchen)

I've bought a Ryobi - 26cc 4-Stroke Blower - Black from Ryobi through Take-alot. The Blower was sent back for repairs, because it was not Function. They came back with a cost of R1324.82. After discussions with RYOBI, they decided to bring the cost down to R817-09. Rhey just removed the cost of their labour. The machine was regularly serviced. The Repair Qoute number is RE - J/C JHB 245947. I did have a long discussion with Mbali, just to inform me that Pistons, cylinder Heads etc is NOT COVER UNDER THEIR TWO YEAR GUARANTEE. The blower was bought on 25 April 2021. WHAT IS THE THE PURPOSE THEN OF A TWO YEAR GUARANTEE?? I WON'T BUY AY RYOBI PRODUCTS ANY MORE!

I've tried to contact Vodacom to resolve a issue. I'n applying for an additional phone and number. Accordingly to the vodashop, there is a problem with my credit record. There have to be a problem on vodacom's side, because my account is paid in advance. I've spoken to clint service at 0821950 and spoke to THABANG. He promised me that his supervisor will contact me, the moment he will be finish with his 20 minute meeting. Until now, NOBODY contacted me yet. IS THIS GOOD SERVICE???
I've ordered perfume as a Christmas Gift order # ********** 03 on 24 December 2019 while I was on Holiday and t o be sent to my Holiday Address. It took so long that I had to change the delivery address to my home address. Until today I haven't received the parcel . I went on holiday during December, suspended my PVR functionality and activate my holiday viewing. When I came back, I reactivate the service again, just to experience that about every forth day, the PVR functionality is suspended, because of an "arrear amount" of R31-42 that I owe DSTV. I don't even owe them the amount.Martha, a very arrogant lady, with no understanding of customer service even have the audacity today; "Pay the amount in, and we shall re-instate the service. Several calls were made, spent 31min and 18 min on the phone to get the problem solved. Lindiwe promised on 24 January 2018, ref number ********** i234 apologies for the problem and promise that it wouldn't happen again. Just to get them suspended again on 30 January 2018. Called again and spoke to Thokozile, ref no. ********** i238. Problem still there and not resolve. In the meantime, I pay for a service that I cannot even use!!!
I've reported a problem with our ASDL line AGAIN on 11 Jan 2018. Until today, the problem is not sorted out. This is a problem that started in last year and was not resolved yet. Our ADSL connects and disconnect continuously. Telkom give bad service!!
I bought a Ryobi Electric Lawnmower model number RM-2010 on 17 March 2017. When I bought the machine, I was explained that the machine has a TWO YEAR guarantee. On 10 Jan 2017, I made contact with Phulani from the service department. The machine had a problem with the back wheels. The one wheel totally disintegrate en is full of holes. Phulani came back to me, with an answer that the wheels are not covered under a guarantee. Ridiculous! What is the purpose off a guarantee and they act outside the CPA.
