There are two Pick 'n Pays that I would like to review, seeing that neither of those stores are on Hello Peter, I will review them both with 1 star here. 1st - Pick 'n Pay Plumstead (Gabriel Road) Since the store had it's re-vamp and as rumor has it, it's under new ownership, the service levels have gone completely south. For someone who has been going there for more than 10 years, I have to say the change is clear and NOT for the good. I was there yesterday again, and there was an elderly lady in front of me, who was complaining about the service as well. The cashiers stare at you waiting on you (the customer) to acknowledge them 1st, no one has a smile on their face, if you're lucky you get greeted without being looked at, there is no authoritive-like figures around monitoring the staff to ensure everything is going smoothly.. utterly disgusted in the service lately and not forgetting to mention the food selections, much less and not positioned nicely at all. In short, everything has just become a mess there. 2nd - Pick 'n Pay clothing in Kenilworth Centre, no one ever picks the phone up, my goodness!
If I could, I would rate them less than half a star. Without going into too much detail, as the last energy I had on this issue has also been used by them, their communication is awful, my experience in having my car that I wanted to sell to them was awful, for example, without even asking me about service history on my car, it was just noted on the inspection report that there is "no service history" and THERE IS A FULL SERVICE HISTORY WITH THE SERVICE BOOK.. the offer was, well... awful based on the nonsense indicated on the inspection report. Needless to say, I rejected the offer and voiced my concerns, which was met with a "we can do a re-inspection and an apology" for being careless in being unable to carefully put an inspection report together. I will not mention names, but it was at one of their satellite offices in the Southern Suburbs in Cape Town. I wanted to lodge a formal complaint and went about it per their instructions online - TERRIBLE. The "chat to an agent" option offered me an "it's escalated" and 5 days later I have still not been contacted after receiving an automated message to say I will be contacted in 24 to 48 hours. Pathetic. Will never suggest them to anyone looking at selling a vehicle.

My mom & I arrived at Wimpy in Ottery hyper yesterday morning (01/05/2019). Before doing some shopping in Hyper we decided to have a late breakfast first and a cup of coffee; Firstly, spent 30minutes waiting on a waiter to take our drinks order, ended up going to ask for a waiter, waited a couple more minutes, luckily the manager on duty walked past us and we stopped her to ask if we could please just place our coffee order with her. She took the order and while waiting for the coffee we decided that we were not going to chance putting in a breakfast order in case we were going to be disappointed with that too. Reason for 2 star grading instead of 1, was because the service was friendly, none of the staff added fuel to the fire by becoming defensive about the situation. - I am thankful for that at least! Please employ more staff for busier days, ie. Public holidays, weekends and school holidays.
<p>Terrible experience with Spree.co.za</p> <p> </p> <p>I am extremely frustrated and horrid that after returning a damanged R320.00 pants, that 7 days later, I receive the exact same broken pants in return.</p> <p>A simple refund does not solve this issue! There is something terribly wrong with the system somehow.</p> <p>This specific pants had one more in my size available and it was put on "hold" for me a week ago, but to my HORROR, I receive the same broken pants today. & When I called Spree, the consultant advised that there are no more pants of this kind left in my size.... SO where on Earth is the "last one" of this kind that was being kept on hold for me????</p> <p> </p> <p>I have no faith in Spree, not after my first experience (this one) and what a pity because I would have stayed a loyal customer if the quality was going to be as promised. </p>
Extremely disappointed in the chicken wrap special we were served. It was extremely dry and unappetizing.<br> Your staff should catch a wake up as well!
I SIMPLY love Bihari! The food is always high standard and the front reception and staff are always so chirpy, and not forgetting to mention - PROFESSIONAL.<br> <br> I simply love you guys, keep up the awesome job!
First of all, this is not the first time I've complained on HelloPeter about this specific KFC! Whenever I go there, I always make it very clear that whatever it is I'm ordering needs to be with zinger sauce, not the normal colonal sauce, this is then communicated but never correct when I get the order! It is so frustrating, you guys should seriously consider employing energetic, well-managed people with an EXCELLENT memory! Interview these people thoroughly before employing them.<br> The irritation is overwhelming even when just thinking of going through that drive through!<br> The other issue is - when you don't have something in stock, print it out and stick it on the wall before people enter the drive-through, as you know that once you're in the drive-through, you've got to stay until the cars have left in front of you.<br> Come on - This franchise has a lot of potential, you've just gotta keep your hand on it!
