Instead of purchasing a vehicle, I could have opted for a galloping horse. As a first time vehicle buyer, all my excitement has just lapsed despite a lot of referrals I proudly made as per word of mouth, by which four of my friends and work colleague purchased their vehicles from your institution. That sparking flair of excitement is gone as I am now stucked with Renault Megane 2006 Model that is not running, and my monies runs to wesbank non-stop using a debit order fuel on monthly basis which leaves me in a huge frustration ever! Mere complains and inquiries made was so -called a favour over my purchase by the dealer in Honda Rivonia motors by second hand car Manager. Windows were falling apart, ignition keys cards all came with no guarantee, and \deal with it on your own was the attitude and style of their operation. Now my gearbox came standstill, gears are failing to engage on the vehicle. I trusted their service and am so disappointed! I wonder how many people are excited about their service, especially poor people like us. In fact buying Renault megane Dynamique is a waste of money! Bad purchase! i realised that Nedbank is not for poor people or rather employees that wants to save. leaving a penny into this account leaves you breathless. and when inquiring, the explanations do not make sense. All you will get is just an extreme of prolonged transnational charges that you may end leaving their counter shocked, No matter how they do. I get paid through this institution, even though my bosses advised me of high charges. i still remained loyal but now i fully regret it. Transactions goes into minus very easily without explanations. I do not have an overdraft with them but only a loan taken which i battle to repay still due to my low income earning. I was shocked to find that what i predicted my money to be after bonuses half went into some minus which meant the bank has paid my expenses. my car installment debit was even returned due to insufficient funds emanating from a list of bank charges. consulting the bank I was then informed I shouldn't keep swiping my card including purchases all the time. Now I know, but am left penniless, initially solvent whereby i cannot pay other creditors. i do not know what to do! please help with other arrangements. I am left stranded.
U Save scheiding street Pretoria.The store still operates same. Nothing has changed In fact it lasted for a month from only last report. From then, it has been operating till 19H30. A serious measurement really need to be done. Everyday there are customers standing outside wondering as to what exactly does the store closes? meanwhile trading hours are displayed. It is becoming a nightmare to customers. By the day of this complain there were a number of customers waiting outside. This is a daily practice. Either this store need a constant monitoring from head Office personal. Standing outside to question why the store closes early would be a waste of time because even the Manageress would peep through the glass and ignore our plea.I personally had to take pictures that depicts the arrogance of the security officers that are authorized to do this. Management does nothing at all. Not sounding sexist, but every time i peep to see the manager through the glass i get pointed to a manageress who will then look at us with an attitude.
They doing it again. It never stop! Customers are being blocked to enter the store from 19:30.managers hides in their offices and avoid coming into assistance. I was at their door at 19H40 when people were standing outside wanting to enter the store. I personally knocked at the door for acess and was denied. The reply was rude form the security personnel even though warned that I will complain . I was initially told by the security lady that even if is 19H40 they must close the door for trading and there is nothing I can do about it. I then requested to see the Manager and was completely ignored as if there was a mad man at the door. Does this store really cares about customers? I even told them that I am going to complain but no interest was shown in whatever I was saying. They just don't care! I reported the matter before, hoping things will improve but it was just a moment disguise. Please consider this being a convenient store and only the store around the area, rather an excuse we always getting from the security personnel that the trains are leaving them. May be get the security that can manage times of trade in your store.

19th December evening was shopping for some small units . I am a regular client to the store who sees value to their product offerings. Browsing through I came across a stacked up non- priced Russel hobs irons. I alerted a lady nearer for assistance.She confirmed there was no prices , checked around the stand , none. I called Mi way last week Friday afternoon. Spoken to a gentlemen called Motheo if not wrong with the name, after I discovered a mechanical failure and parked on the parking bay safely. He verified my details over the phone to say I am covered. I wanted a tow truck but I realised I will rather do it the following day since dealership are closed. I then inquired if I was qualifying to be borrowed a vehicle in the meantime my vehicle is being sent for repair, which he confirmed yes. I was even informed of the up-front amount of R 1350.00, ( which is refundable) to Avis. I agreed as was assured. On Monday(yesterday) after they towed my car, I phoned to a number I was referred to. Is then that I was informed that they couldn't borrow me a vehicle since I was not involved in an accident. I am highly inconvenienced to an extend that I couldn't even get to work, trying to pressurize the engineer at the dealership to fix the vehicle which to date it still lying with them. I do not have a transport and relied on their service as promised. I wonder if this is the best they can do in their way? Am confused as to which consultant was right? All I need is a vehicle to loan.

Unfotunately i was black! Francois came. He parked where the service was to be rendered ( Pretoria Cbd, Corner Paul Kruger and Vissagie). He gave me a call to confirm hat he has arrived. When I came to his car, he was agitated and annoyed before he could accept my greeting. He said there are lot of black and they could steal his car! I assured hi to calm down as I offered to guardhis vehicle while he is busy. He drove off saying he doesnt do business with blacks! I was shocked! iI thought he was joking.Indeed he left me just stranded standing there. He really doenst deserve doing bussiness in SA. Can someone assist?
Am Very proud at this day and an hour that KFC in Paul Kruger has since improved. The staff have became customer- centric, beside all, they are friendly and humble. Hours of trading! 1. absolutely complied with as i had monitored. The store closed at exactly 22H00, after my hello Peter complain. Thanks to KFC and Hello Peter. This is a real value and beyond the expectation. Bra George and the team. Keep up the good work. Communication was great including the service level. ! I salute you! I visited the store again, and the ladies assisting were amazing. Happy Xmas to all of you! I am great full for the changes you are making! By the way, I enjoyed the meal!
Often I would pick up meals there and it seems like they doing customers a favour. On the door it is clearly advertised the trading hours. closing at 22H:00 during weekdays. But is not so, as per same ad. On the 25th. November I arrived at their doors at 21H:15, I was told the store is closed. i presumed it could be that there was no meals left or other reason am expecting to be communicated to. No! The shop is closed. People were standing outside, they came before me. I wonder if they arrived just before I did. Shocked and asked who the manager was? The security personnel informed me it is George on duty, with an attitude that may say \ what you gonna do? We still support KFC even after scandals. that shows continued loyalty and should be proud of customer retention for their service. please adhere to your trading hours! George ! It is disappointing to treat customers that way. At least you could have communicated the reason for ordering security to close so he can tell the customers. i wonder if you still got paid your salary this month?"
