To whom it may concern at PPS, Regarding claim MN 1442811/ SP CASE0061329, submitted due to time off work following a knee operation, I was informed that the claim was rejected based on a policy exclusion. My broker requested the policy document showing my signed acceptance of this exclusion two weeks ago, referencing MN 1442811/ SP CASE0061329. As this matter is time sensitive, I would greatly appreciate it if someone at PPS capable of assisting with this request could contact me directly. Thank you for your urgent attention to this matter.
I have issues with my private banker. I have requested on numerous occasions to be allocated a different private banker. The current one is never available, does not reply to mails and when she is available, she is totally useless. I have logged calls which was supposably resolved without anyone from FNB contacting me in this regard. Can FNB please assist...

Thieves I had $300 in my wallet. Tried to withdraw the funds. After numerous tickets submitted the only thing I got was lame excuses and no support. Wallet now empty with no funds received. People I communicated with was Lorraine, Rina and Lauren
The Share investor platform is not working for the day 08/06/2020. Huge frustration as one can not trade. Lost of losses! Very bad service at call centre... Useless private banker.
Telkom delivered a new router and sim card. Its not working. After numerous fault calls logged via website, emails and SMS's for a month now Telkom did not reply.
I booked a cruise via Imagine cruising.<br> They told me Its the last cabin available, which to my opinion was not true.<br> I was told that the ship was the newest addition to the fleet, I was brought under the impression that it was a new ship. Their customer service is not worth mentioning. I logged complaints but did not get response other from your call is logged. Once you paid they offer to help but in fact they are offering you ridiculous expensive deals. They supply you with false information. We got booked on a cruise which was 90% Spanish booked. Not even English channels on the TV on board. All entertainment in Spanish. This they should have informed me about. There only 6 other South African English couples on board. All with the same complaints who booked through Imagine. On the boat, everything was to be paid for. Normally water, WI-FI, juice etc. on boat cruises are included. on this cruise...WI-FI cost 20 Euro per hour. This type of information to my opinion should be brought under the customers attention. Other tour operators normally give something small back to the clients i.e. bag, passport cover, hat, t-shirt etc. Not Imagine. IMAGINE CRUISING SUCK!!
I was waiting at Nedbank Sandton city to make a deposit. Got a ticket to get served.<br> Whilst waiting I was watching the Bull Sh1t they sell on their screens. Effective and easy service... that is non existant!!<br> I waited for 40 minutes before helped. What amazes me is the fact that there are 29+ service counters and only 4 is manned whilst there are sitting 30 and more customers to be served! at the bottom floor numerous staff members were standing in the kitchen chatting. After complaining at the RUDE relationship manager she informed me that everybody was sick, which was true as all the customers was indeed sick of waiting for the service as promised on the BS adds. <br> Wake up Nedbank!! Go and learn at your competition i.e. FNB.
Telkom is supposed to supply me with 2 MB/S ADSL.<br> With the speed test software the max I get is 0.4MB/S.<br> I phoned 10210 and waited 51 minutes for a operator to pick up the call.<br> They could not help me. Still waiting for the technician!<br> This is Terriblekom and not Telkom!
