Ordered a fibre to home line. Frogfoot is their service provider. Between the two of them they cant seem to figure out who is at fault and no one wants to connect the service. In office hours, when we are at work, frogfoot will "test" and get the line ready without entering the premises. No power supply was ever supp**** for the fibre box. Vox sends us a home install email, but when we het home from work and follow the setup it comes back with an error. We tried phoning Vox, but keep getting made promises. Bull**** service
Bought a puppy there on Monday the 13th of January 2025. Puppy diagnosed with canine parvovirus (CPV) [Cat flu / kat griep] on the 16th of January 2025. Veterinarian confirms a positive result for canine parvovirus almost weekly from this place. Owners refuse to address the problem. Thanks for breaking my kids heart

Exstremely bad service from the MTN Shop, Generaal Hertzog street, Three Rivers, Vereeniging. My personal number 0723269280 was ported from Vodacom to MTN as an effort of my previous employer to get me a contract phone for work. My employment has now ended with my previous employer, and thus the contract was subsequintly cancelled by said employer, although a very clear request was given to Natania van der Merwe at the MTN shop to have the number returned to pay as you go so I would not loose the number. It has been 2 week now, and all Natania van der Merwe +27 83 222 6622 from MTN has done is blocked me on her whatsapp. She never gives feedback. She rarely makes an effort. Is this all of MTN, or only one bad apple? I would like my number back please. I am without service now because of this, so I can only be reached on email on wikusopperman@gmail.com
I have seen other reviews stating the same problem in the Meyerton area. Internet service goes doewn every other night and just no one can assist or explain the lack of service. My question is: why am I paying for something unreliable or something I am not getting. I will not recommend Vox Telecom
Rather close your shop during Eskom Failures or purchase a generator. Alberton shop. Your staff is just there to earn the days wage. No assistance in a pitch dark shop, hand written invoices and just a general lack of service.
Once again got the wrong order from McDonalds Meyerton
Telkom offered me a ADSL package for R604 a month. All of a sudden for the last couple of months they invoice me R904. When we query the simply state that the time the invoice was paid makes the invoice reflect differently. This HalloPeter is the last chanfe Telkom has. I will hereafter start efforts for a class action.
I had my account suspended. I made payment via EFT on Friday the sixth of September 2019. After numerous calls to the call centre only to he told that the system is automated and that I have to wait for their system, I made my way to Threr Rivers Telkom on the 10th of September 2019 only to be told that due to a fault on Telkoms side, I have to wait 7 to 14 working day before they will be able to lift the suspension. Daylight robbery.... Does the consumer protection act not prohibit them from expecting payment on no services delivered?
