Hi RAM should just close themselves out of business. Out of all the courier companies I have used, they are just deadbeat last. I ordered shoes on Monday and was promised a delivery in 3 days. When I check the status of the parcel, it says the parcel is still in PE and I am in Gauteng. I am leaving the province today for the wedding without my shoes. RAM does not even qualify to name themselves hand to hand couriers. They would rather call themselves 'RAM - We deliver to you wherever WE like it'
I stayed in this complex for 3 full years, without any hiccups. I think all in all, it boils down on which agent is assisting you. For me, it was Vuyo Chirengendure - one of the best. She assisted me from day 1, trying to secure the apartment, literally fighting for me to get the apartment I was looking for. She also selected the best apartment for me - in terms of its location in relation to the complex. I treated the apartment as mine so I took care of it all the time. Anything wrong I noticed, I reported it via email for my records. When it came to moving out, I gave an exact calendar month notice. Mbali Tshabalala was assigned to do an exit inspection, which went better than I thought. Some sections of the walls, in the lounge and bedrooms needed some cleaning so we cleaned them. The only things that had to take from my deposit were small patches in 2 bedrooms as they needed a bit of painting. As the deposit as kept in an interest bearing account, so my charges came out of the interest I got from my deposit. After 3 days, I received all of my deposit + a bit of the interest. Maybe I got lucky by dealing with sensible professionals who actually work to make the life of others better.
This is one of the worst business I have every worked with. They requested a quick payment for the completion of the TV stand (with shelves) back in November 2022. They kept on coming with excuses, either the car problems, they didn't understand the English instruction they received, it is raining, etc. I then requested my money back from the owner, who has decided to go ghost. I have sent him many messages asking for my money back but he decided to ignore my requests. The way they handle responses show exactly that they are crooks, who are out there just to steal our money. Good day I was privileged to have my Thailand Trip organized by Travel agent Bobby - STA Travel East Rand mall. He was able to advise me on my first ever trip to outside of the country and I must say, he is the expect. Even when it comes to the insurance, he sent me straight to my bank to have this sorted out in seconds. Big Up! In the whole 10 days I was in Thailand, there were not surprises at at as he was able to explain all the processes to the last dot. It is quite unfortunate that because of COVID, the company had to close. HOPEFULLY it recovers and come back.
Good day I have waited until I managed to get within Eskom's skin. My village had a problem with Eskom connection for 3 days. All attempts that I made to report the issue were met with Eskom ignorance to follow up on the calls, instead of them closing them down just because the information supplied was 'incorrect'. It turned out that the meter box that was given to my mom was registered under someone else's name. This caused me to log a a call many times in one day, wasting my airtime in the process. As a last resort, I had to send a pleading email to the CEO of the company, and only then I was taking seriously by untrained field technicians. I am saying they are untrained because they cannot use their minds to do follow up instead of being decline-finger happy. After an email to the CEO, my issue was looked at and attended.
Good day Just a quick note to thank Supa Quick - Dundee branch which was able to do my wheel alignment first time to my satisfaction after the other company got it wrong twice in succession. This was done in September and have never had a complain about this. Keep up the good work.
Good day I took for my car in for alignment at BestDrive - Dundee branch in September 2020. I must say, I was shocked with the service I received since I had to travel 140 kilometres to them. The alignment was not 100 percent and I had to call them the next day on for them to tell me that I need to bring it back to them. This was immensely time consuming and a waste of time. Also in addition, it was putting my life at more risk of getting COVID as I had to be around people I do not know. Even though I went back to BestDrive, I had to QA their job by going to SupaQuick who by the way did find that BestDrive has missed the alignment again. I wonder why BestDrive is hiring incompetent stuff and wasting their clients' time.
Good day I paid for one of my traffic fine ticket (which by the way reflect on the PAYCITY portal) via my banking app on the 18 December 2020. My banking app confirmed that this has been paid thus it no longer appears on my system as a 'pending' ticket. The issue is that on PAYCITY, this fine still reflects as a ticket that hasn't been paid. Why is the PAYCITY not updating the records? I also paid for another ticket via PAYCITY today and it was updated immediately. How long does it take for PAYCITY to update the records for which their payments were not processed through PAYCITY? On Monday the 12th of August 2019, I rushed to Netcare Waterfall City hospital that is in Midrand because my brother had to undergo an operation. I parked my car in the designated parking lot, in a very close proximity with the main exit door. To my disgust, on my way out which was an hour later, I found out that my car has been broken into and my valuables were stolen. One of the security guards (a lady) mentioned that she saw a man who was having a flashlight peeping through the windows of my car but she did nothing to investigate. I was also gobsmacked to learn that the entire private hospital does not have cameras. This is pathetic at a very least. How are we going to visit our loved ones when they are in this hospital? The hospital is just full of useless management who gives security tenders to their friends. Remember when you go to this vehicle, you car in a parking lot is not save even though you pay to park there.
Last week Friday the 7th of Sept, I registered my claim with Iemas for my Fortuner left back window, and this was authorized and sent to PG Glass Midrand for action. On Monday 10 Sept 2018, I was called to come in for a fitting only to be told that they ordered a windscreen. I verified with Iemas that the claim was for the left back with so I am not sure which pipe PG Glass Midrand employees are smoking. How can you fail to read the claim submitted to you? This ****ing time wasting thing shows exactly how illiterate they are. PG Glass fools have wasted my time as I had to shift around my meetings, and they have spoiled my week as I now have to make time to take my car in to another PG Glass in Sandton. I am a consultant who drive around and I don't have spare time for incompetent fools like PG Glass Midrand employees. I never want to be serviced by them, incompetent, slow thinkers, time wasters so called PG Glass Midrand employees.
