Submitting a claim is close to impossible at budget I have been struggling for more than a week just to get a geyser claim sorted. Firstly the link on the online portal doesn't work even if you fill all info they its still says claim info incomplete and they done bother calling you when they see the system says incomplete. I decide to call them to follow up and they have been giving me run arounds I am on the 5th person to assist and no one can assist. I do not understand how complicated a geyser claim can be.
The worst car tracker you can get, they are quick to respond to hook you to be their client. My device on my two vehicles has not been functioning for more than 2 weeks but when I call I get transferred from one person to the other and till today still trying to find s technician to come do s repair on my two vehicles but I am sure they have technicians for new installation. Come to think of it their tracking devices failed within less than 6 months after they installed it. So right now i cannot track my car for more two weeks and hope they will refund me my monthly premium on as its as good as I do not have a tracking device on my car.
IGrow consultants with the worst service you can ever get they are nice to you when they want you to invest. But the after service is very bad the lady at reception called Shane doesnt even listen to what you are looking for and puts you on hold without even informing you. The lady called Nicole D'Alton who is the Portfolio administrator is never available you are requested to leave a message for her to call you back and get back to you never returns your call. For the past 3 weeks I get told she is busy with month end reports I am not sure if Igrow has different month ends than us because she will never get back to you. Do yourself a favour do not invest in the company.
Worst insurance you can ever go for, they take more than two weeks to sort out a claim and right now it's two weeks and still count. All they want to do is get fake cheap parts to fix the car.
Bought couches at Thohoyandou House & Home and had to delivered in Middelburg Mpumalanga. So the Witbank House & Home delivered the couches. Firstly had to wait for more than 3 weeks for delivery of goods I bought cash, secondly when they delivered the set was not complete, thirdly they assembled the couches incorrectly had use faulty couches, fourthly had to beg them to return and come and fix the couches. they return but even after returning to fix my couches all they did was make it worse. Worst service I have ever had from a Furniture shop. Lastly they then deliver the other couches and still the other couches has factory faults.
<p>I ordered shoes and they delivered wrong colour and sent an email to them over a week ago since they do not have contact details and still havent responded to my querle do not buy snything from them i have learnt my lesson they have no communication its poor.</p>
<p>I go to the Witbank branch to change my unlimited month to month contract to a 24 month contract because its cheaper and working for me. But the person who decides to change it only changes the contract to 24 month and leaves the monthly payment still high, who in their right mind will go and commit to a 24 month contract but still pay a high premium. Now Telkom in Middelburg tells me it cannot be changed anymore or else i will incure cost for cancellation of contract where else its not me who made the mistake and its their incompetent employees who made a mistake why should i suffer for something i did not do wrong. Now when we ask for the documentation that was signed at Witbank its now no where to be found they have mis placed it. How can a big company suchg as Telkom have poor record keeping such, pathetic i tell you</p>
I have house insurance with Virgin Money and with it I have the benefit of home assist. I was refused help because i wanted home assist to send a technician to check whats wrong with my gate motor and i was told the gate motor is not part of the property i have insured with them. I do not know if the gate is not part of the property then what part does it fall under. I was told home assist means help with an electrician. You pay your monthly premiums but when you need help these insurances do all they can to avoid assisting you, i didnt ask them to pay for my gate i asked them to help me with home assist and whatever is wrong i will fix once the handyman has found the problem. <div><br></div><div><em>(Supplier name changed from Virgin Money South Africa to Virgin Insurance by Hellopeter.com)</em></div>
For the past three days I have been trying to get an electrician through home assist to assist at my house. Since Monday I have been told they are coming, Tuesday was also promised they are coming now its Wednesday and still waiting. If I had car insurance with them and wanted Road assistance my car would have slept in the middle of the road for two days now. Ford does it again with their bad service and not wanting to take responsibilty on a factory fault. My Ford Kuga titanium has a factory fault with the back tyres do not stand upright but at an angle resulting in my back tyres being finished only on the inside. i take it back to Ford they fix it for free admiting that it is a factory fault but refuse to pay for my tyres that are worn out before time. its not the first time i have a problem with this Kuga which still today ford denies to fiadmit that the car has a problem with funny noises in the fuel tank. my first Kuga had to be returned with a factory fault on the electronics. These Ford Kugas have a big problem and Ford pretends it doesnt know and trying to ignore it. Do yourself a favour and not bother going to buy a Ford or else you will be at the garage every 2nd month
