Very surprised that I have not had any issues with this company since the trustindex is low.
Ordered a scooter online in J****ry 2025 and requested refund on 13th January. Collected on 17th but still waiting for refund. I have called numerous time and emailed and the response is its being escalated. now my problem is that they sent the incorrect item the description was incorrect now its a problem when they must process the refund I have been waiting for more than a month for the refund to be exact 5 weeks. I will never shop from Mkro again. I will rather pay a premium price at places like Amazon and takelot at least when I send something back my refund is in my account within 3 days,
Rented a car or tambo and returned it on 9th October but the invoice says 13th now they want to charge me for the extra days their phone lines only rings nobody picks up. I will get my bank to reverse the charge. Bad company bad experience this is fraud for charging for services not consumed and we have a boarding pass proving that we left Johannesburg that day. Will never use them again I will rather pay a bit more for a bon error company that just charges you for more days with no proof
Awesome customer experience with Monwanibisi at Samsung he called me back with feedback after less than 30 minutes wish I can receive more such service from other providers
Bad service Russell's Atlantis, Bought a bed and then there was a problem the springs was faulty Seally approved the exchange of the bed as it was still under guarantee. The one I bought was discontinued but Seally assured me that they will replace with same specifications 2 months ago, they even went as far as telling me the exact bed for replacement. Russel's has a problem to replace as there is a price difference between what I paid and the bed they must replace. This should not be my issue, now they want to fetch my bed and I must sleep on floor. The bed is fully paid for. I called the customer service 2 weeks ago beginning of November complaint not a single phone call from anyone. I called to complain at customer service again on 12.11.2020 and they going to get back to me in 24 hours. Really not waiting as they don't deliver on their promises. I just need the bed that Seally said they will replace via the shop is that so difficult then the manager Cheryl in Atlantis branch emails me to say I'm lying we said I am going to give my bed to her to take to the shop and sleep on the floor. ***. Who in their right mind will agree to that.
Decided to cancel contract 2 weeks ago. Called Vodacom and a guy called Ashley convinces me to upgrade to an I7 Apple handset as I told him I am going to another network that can offer me a good deal. I explicitly ask him if they deliver during lock down and he said yes it will take 7 working days. Decided to surprise daughter with phone for birthday. After 7 days passed I called only to find out from another agent they have been out if stock since Feb Keep on calling them to rather cancel contract but now they say the Ashley guy must do it left numerous messages for him to call or ask consultants to ask the manger to give me a call but nobody from Vodacom gets back to me in the meantime they put charges on my account.
Basically no service for first time clients Promised me that my car will be done in 1 hour and 30 minutes just so they dont have to drop me in tableview after 3 hours it was still not done but they call other people to collect cars. Dont make promises you cant keep
bought a shoe online paid and everything just to get an email after 2 days to say insufficient stock order has been cancelled.
awesome they were so friendly and kept something out for me even if it was just 30 mins
There is so many times that the towers is off not working and I have to pay full subscription. End up with no internet. No support at night or after hours on Saterday or Sunday and this is the time that its usually off. Always slow
