Subject: Formal Dispute – Unauthorised Payment Recorded February 2025 (Account ) To whom it may concern, I formally dispute the alleged payment of R50.00 recorded on my account in February 2025. I did not make, authorise, or instruct any such payment. If this payment was processed or allocated to the account by your organisation or any third party without my consent, this constitutes an unauthorised transaction and a serious misrepresentation of the account history. You are hereby required to provide the following within 7 days: Proof of payment for the alleged R50.00 transaction. The payment method used. The originating bank account from which the payment was made. The payment reference and allocation record. A full statement of account from inception to date. Be advised that if you are unable to produce verifiable proof that this payment was made by me or authorised by me, the entry must be removed immediately and the account history corrected accordingly. Recording or allocating payments to an account without the debtor’s authorisation in order to interrupt the prescription period raises serious legal and regulatory concerns. The matter has already been escalated to the Legal Practice Council and further complaints will be submitted to the relevant regulators should this issue not be resolved promptly.

I've dispute the same account 3 times with Experian. I've called - ********** background news when call centre agent tries to assist. Besides that: I disputed a payment made on my behalf by DMC. I never made the payment in fact they *****ulently made the payment on my behalf for obvious reasons. Now EXPERIAN expects me to forward them a proof of payment. What a dumb request when I'm saying I never made the payment in February 2025. That payment history needs to be removed as no payment.
So disappointed in a brand that I encouraged friends and family to make us of. Bought few items on Friday. Disappointed to say that one bag was handed over with the blood streaming through. My 2 boxes of magnum ice cream arrived as good as liquid. Pack of chicken with a damaged package. I'm so disappointed and this will not be my last mention of this experience to everyone else.

I must say Im very happy with everything regards Pnet. My 1 star relates to all these spam emails that I'm receiving since this morning- it just doesnt stop and I'm very sure that I did not subscribe to any of them. Its under the name of Emma Jacobs from Pnet. I dont know whether youve done an IT update or something, but something was done and Im highly irritated by all these email streaming in non-stop. Again- Im very happy with everything about PNET no complaint other that this one since this morning - I really be unsubscribing all day long for things i did not opt in.

gave note about 3 months ago to cancel subscription. Logged calls to follow up on the router collection - subscvription fees and monthly rental added to my account with debt incurring monthly
Been having signal problems for the past 4 days. When my account is not paid, services are disconnected but when you have intermitted service connection we should continue to pay. Its utter ******* and this during important online exams time. This is not on, really!
