i bought three beds form this company three months ago. the other bed got damaged in the first month. i called the company and they decided to replace it. the second bed is giving me the same problem. i have since requested to return all three ang get my money back. they are telling me that is not possible. so i must remain with faulty beds and they keep my money, i am still awaiting for them since i checked on them last week. there is no call or any update.
i bought a Hisense fridge in 2020 and it is now giving me problems. i called Hisense and they are telling me that the warranty is only 4 yrs. this is not correct. it has a very big sticker in front which says 5 yrs
i booked my at Maropeng Boutique Hotel via lekkerslaap. the booking went smoothly. i will also like to thank the staff at Maropeng for good hospitality. thank you Ntswaki.
i bought furniture from this company and they were of poor quality. i then returned the furniture and got an exchange. the exchange was of poor quality as well. the furniture did not last 2 years. i decided to return the furniture as i have been informing that all the time about the quality of their furniture. after returning the furniture they are now refusing to give back my money. they are saying that the guarantee has expired. this guys furniture is real poor quality and poor service. the agents are only concerned with your money when you buy. After sales they don't care and they can be very rude sometimes.
i booked my hotel online and it was confirmed. i drove to my destination and on arrival i was informed that they are fully booked. the lodge being the Yacht view lodge in Harties. The manager at the lodge was so arrogant. she was telling me that they did not take my money i must talk to Lekkerslaap. i called Lekkerslaap and i was told to wait whilst they are investigating. i waited for an hour and there was no callback. i called again and somebody else got the phone and promised to call me in 5minutes. she was gone for another hour. i called again and somebody else got the call and she tried to help me by offering me places far away from my destination. i had no option but to cancel the whole booking. the problem is the company did not care about my expense for driving to my destination and just said we will refund you after 10 days. i had to drive at night back home with my sad and frustrated grandchildren. this is really terrible
I HAVE BEEN EXPERIENCING POOR INTERNET CONNECTION FROM RAIN. I ALWAYS REPORT IT AND AN SMS WILL BE SENT THAT SOMEBODY IS GOING TO CONTACT ME. NO HAS CONTACTED ME. TODAY I CALLED AND I WAS INFROMED THAT I AM CONNECTED TO A WRONG TOWER. NOTHING WAS DONE AND I WAS PROMISED TO BE CALLED IN 10 MINUTES. NOBODY CALLED. I AM STILL EXPERIENCING SAME POOR RECEPTION. THE BAD PART IS WHEN RAIN WANT PAYMENT, THEY JUST CUT YOU OFF BUT WHEN YOU ASK FOR SERVICE NOBODY IS THERE TO ASSIST YOU. I AM THINKING OF CHANGING TO ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER.
I have been having a problem with my internet for the whole month. it keeps on glitching every five minutes and i have been reporting it everyday. the only answer i get is the ticket number and a message saying somebody will call you. Nobody has ever called me to assist with this problem. it is affecting my work as i work from home. this is really bad service.
I Bought a bed from House and Home 2 years ago. the bed had a guarantee for 15 years. last year i reported that the bed springs were coming out and tearing my sheets. the supplier agreed to take the bed back. yesterday i sent the bed back to the shop it was a struggle as staff did not want to take it back and give my money back. it was later agreed that i will be refunded. i was given a mattress protector when i purchased the bed and yesterday i was forced to pay R600.00 for this present and i don't even know if this price is for 2 years ago or the latest price. the mattress protector was not part of the guarantee from the manufacture but i had to pay for it as they can't take it back. this was unfair to me as a customer. all this happened at house and home Menlyn in Pretoria
I used western union through Nedbank to send money to my daughter in the UK. the money was sent on the 29th of april 2024 till today she has not received the money. i contacted Nedbank and the only answer they gave me was the money was sent out and there is nothing they can do. they are the agents for Western union, but they can communicate with western union to trace where is the money at this point. it is really frustrating for your bank not being able to assist when you use their service and you have paid for the service. this is really bad service.
i had booked into Stayeasy hotel in Rustenburg for the weekend. on sunday morning i had to check out. i went for breakfast at around 9.50 am and i was informed that breakfast is finished and i complained to the receptionist. she informed that they is nothing they can do. i pleaded with them to make me at least some eggs for me and they just insisted that breakfast is finished. to make matters white i asked for the manager to informed of my complaint. ha came in and he didn't even care to speak to me and just left with a certain lady and i had to go without breakfast. this is not the first time. staff run to collect all the food before time.
