The site to pay for a Temu VAT and Duty cost (acspay.co.za) is a known phishing site and Fastaway does not provide any alternative to pay this. Their Live Chat is in fact a useless bot....
I want to report atrocious treatment and non-existent service at the Makhado Post Office today 25 Nov 2025. I went to fetch a package that I got a notification for. When I arrived at 14h52 there was only one person doing motor vehicle licenses. I inquired about getting my package but was told that the person working with post office services is still on lunch. I asked if he knew when she would be back only to be told that she might not even come back today, he did not know. I was told to “just take a seat and wait and if the post office closes before she gets here then go home and come back another day…”. I waited for half an hour with nobody showing up. Noticing that the person working with the NATIS papers was not at the counter anymore I walked around to the Branch Manager’s office where I noticed him sitting behind the desk with his feet up. I asked if he could maybe now help me since he seemed to be finished with the license customers but was told that he was not finished and could not leave them to help me. He said that he already told be to sit down and wait and that he would definitely not help me. I said it would only take two minutes but he said he did not have time for that. When I took a photograph of the abandoned post office and asked for his name to make a complaint he became very aggressive and tried to take my phone from my. He also refused to give me his name, but he is obviously the only person working there so that would be easy enough to find out.
I originally purchased a large off-grid Schneider Electric Solar system. I chose Schneider since they were supposed to be one of the most reliable brands out there and I needed a reliable system. I could have gone Chinese for one third of the price... The system could be remotely monitored through an Insight Conext Gateway. Unfortunately this failed after a year and since Schneider has discontinued all replacement gateway models. According to them there is now no way that you can monitor their solar systems remotely (something which even the cheapest Chinese system can manage...). When I try to get a recommendation for a replacement gateway I always get the same response that this is not possible anymore with Schneider. If this is true that will make them the most unsophisticated, primitive solar components in the world. Should have gone with Victron from the beginning...
Vidaa sucks! This is the worst OS out there and they intentionally make it impossible for you to use Google Play or any android inputs. I have absolutely no idea why Vidaa exists if not to frustrate customers. Stay away from so-called Smart Tv's from Hisense...
Excellent service from Ivan and the Bike Addict crew. I am a novice in the world of ebiking and they assisted me in getting the correct (not the most expensive...) gear for what I was aiming for. Delivery was quick and efficient. I will definitely use them in future and can recommend anyone to use them.
I am not one to easily complain, but I have now given Mikes Kitchen Louis Trichardt their last chance. We went for brunch hoping that the usual abismal service would be better since there was only three tables with patrons. We ordered three English Breakfasts and one burger. Before this we had one cuppachino order. The cup was small, dirty and had old congealed sugar on the bottom. We sent this back. Knowing how poor the service usually is, we timed the order from the start. It took one hour and four minutes for our food to appear (eemember, there were only three tables occupied in the restaurant). When the burger arrived it was cold. Not just cooked down but actually cold. We sent this back. The breakfasts were hit but the toast was burned. We complained to the waiter and he said we should not ask him to change things which has nothing to do with him! Ask any regular restaurant goer in Louis Trichardt and they will tell you, never go to Mikes. How is it possible tgat it takes more than an hour to fry six eggs?? This the poorest, uncaring service I have ever experienced. Now there will only be two tables occupied and soon, hopefully none.
I made a payment on Payfast and got a reply that they were having trouble contacting FNB. As a result I got no confirmation of my transaction to send to the supplier. I tried the Live Chat help and waited for 15 minutes without any response. Not even an acknowledgement of my presence. <br> <br> This is very poor. Don't try to be cutting edge if you clearly do not have the ability to do it. Live Chat should be manned and available no matter what the call volumes. Take it off your site as an option as it is a misrepresentation of your services. <br> <br> Still don't know what became of the R1930 paid.
I was pleasantly surprised by the effortlessness of the service supplied by WBC. Everything was done professionally and quickly with the minimum of paperwork. Although you might not be getting the best possible market value it is worth it for the ease of the transaction as well as the safety of the deal. Would use them again.
