Super disappointed in the service of MTN. I purchased the home internet month to month contract which clearly states as quoted from their site "If a debit order fails and payment cannot be made before the 25th of the month, the provisioning of services for the following month will be impacted, and one may lose internet access. Connection will only be restored in the following month after the next scheduled and successful payment." Which to any rational human being means that there cannot be any arrears. Everything is paid in advance and if a payment is missed the contract will start a fresh once another payment is made, however after spending more than 30 minutes on hold trying to understand how it is possible to be in arrears I got told that the sales people mislead the clients because they do not tell them that you will still be liable for the months that you do not use the service. I feel that MTN needs to do some research on what "MONTH TO MONTH" actually means. I am utterly disgusted at the service I received.
I am severely dissatisfied with the service I have received from sanlam! I have been waiting more than 6 weeks for my previous employer to submit my withdrawal letter to sanlam. I have enquired to sanlam i there was anything I could do from my side to submit my claim to which I was told no I have to wait for my previous employer. So all of my contributions are totally in my previous employer's control. Sanlam does not cater for individuals at all and only cares about the money they get in and will not be helpful in any way whatsoever when it comes to a claim. Absolutely unacceptable! I will never ever take up another sanlam policy! Severely disappointed only communication you get is either sorry we can't help or an automated email if you try email to which you never get a response either. Utter disgust!!!
Their month to month contract is absolutely ridiculous. You pay initially to get connected for that same month then get told if you dont may for the next month your services get suspended for the next month sounds fair and great except they do not mention that you have to pay everything in advance so if you want connection for april you need to pay in march. And that little thing that says you have until the 7th of April to pay means that your connection will only be restored in May. Absolutely disgusting. Who ever wants to pay a full month in advance for a service. Totally unacceptable and unreasonable. And when you call in to the call centre they have an attitude because you don't understand and respond with "thats just the way it works" Terribly disappointed
Rain is a long term ****. They are amazing in the beginning, however long term becomes a huge problem. They double bill you way too often. Refuse to send statements or payments list via email, say that their terms and conditions state they are allowed to deduct any small amount from your account until your account is zero and refuse to cancel the account until account is zero. A month to month account with advance payments has somehow become a prorata account without my knowledge or concent and when trying to stop payments until issues can be resolved I have been informed that it is not a debit order, but a card payment so have to stop the entire card and cannot reverse any unauthorized payments. They are super rude when trying to resolve this. If you try sending an email to cancel you just get a bunch of replies only saying thanks. They are not even open to making payment arrangements. Rain should be deemed a **** and should be sued

I purchased the Doogee S40 approximately 4 months ago. It is said to be waterproof and shock resistant and gladiator glass that doesn't break if it is dropped. Big joke. My phone literally just fell off my desk and **** screen shattered. Only doogee can fix the screen. Worst decision in phone I have ever made! Super disappointed.
Complaint was very well handled! Reported Yesterday on Hello Peter and today all was sorted! And public apology was made. 5 Stars Vodacom!
I have been given a settlement quote in May 2017 and the settlement amount was debited from my account. I have phoned to verify on numerous occasions to verify that it was a complete settlement on my account and now they are unable to provide me with a settlement letter. I have tried on numerous occasions and sent numerous emails. I don't even get responses anymore. It was a settlement on my African Bank Credit card and now I get told that it was only a partial amount and the account has been handed to a different collector so they are unable to assist me with anything on my account. This is still a negative impact on my credit score with each passing month and I cannot change a single thing because I simply just don't get a response. It has now been 6 months going for 7 and it has still not been corrected. Why are people employed if no one can do their jobs?????????

Never in my whole life have I ever heard of any company that takes over 3 months for a small credit not +-R100...I have been having issues with Vodacom for the past almost 4 months. Every single month I am billed incorrectly. Every month I have to go into the bank to reverse the debit order because they deduct incorrectly. It is completely unacceptable. I would not advise Vodacom to anyone!!!! I opened a Telkom account at the exact same time and have not had a single problem with them. So why is Vodacom such an issue???????????????!!!!!!!!!!!!
