Anja at the Waterkloof Glen branch is most helpful. I have had several excellent experiences due to her great service.
A friend sent a "follow my ride" link because she felt uncomfortable with her driver. Before Uber allowed me to access the link, I had to divulge a lot of personal information.

They sold me a faulty product, and responded as follows to my request for a refund: Hi Erica, To process a refund, the product will need to be sent to HidroVerse for assessment. Once the assessment is complete, our technical department will send a report to the manufacturer if we find the product to be faulty. Please note that a refund will only be issued if the manufacturer approves it, due to the product being faulty. If the manufacturer requires the product to be sent to them for their own assessment, this is at the customer's expense. Kindly note that this is a manufacturer warranty and not a HidroVerse warranty. We only facilitate the process for your convenience. If the product is found not to be defective, unfortunately, we will not be able to process a refund. In this case, you will have the option to either collect the product or have it returned to you via courier at your expense. We will hold the product for up to 30 days. After this period, in line with our service department policy, the product will be disposed of.

Gretha at Silver Lakes resolved a problem with a purchase that did not perform as promised timeously and to my complete satisfaction.
No two days the same in the Pretoria Botanical Gardens with our trainer Lisa. We get to see dassies and bokkies, Egyptian geese and Guinea Fowl while getting fit and having fun.
The best coffee and breakfast and super service. Thanks everyone!
Roxanne found great tenants, was always on time, provided lots of feedback after every viewing and provided a wonderfully neat contract.

I took my mother to lunch at Tashas Menlyn Maine today. We are Tashas fans, but this was a truly awful experience. Our wine, ordered some 10 minutes after arrival, as no one was available to take our order earlier, only arrived 20 minutes later. We ordered chicken chops, a meal for two. The accompanying tomatoes and chips were fine. The chicken was the worst I have ever eaten anywhere. The waiter apologised for the truly dreadful service, said they were really understaffed.

My ipod developed a black spot on the screen. Neville from the Menlyn Branch identified the problem during a telephone conversation. I took my device in and he replaced the battery at a very reasonable cost.

On November 10th about 16:00, I met the owner of Illyria House at Cameo Framers. She was in urgent need of someone to assist with hanging some very heavy items and a wall cupboard. I agreed to do the work directly and followed her from the store at 16:20.

I did the work she required under difficult conditions; everything was on verandahs, there was quite a storm and it was very slippery, there was little room, the ladder did not fit into the available space, the light was incredibly bad and the cupboard and a heavy mirror had to be put up about 3m from the floor. There were men at hand to do the heavy lifting and one of them lit the area where I had to drill with a phone torch. I was pleased to have everything done by 19:40.

Mrs van der Walt seemed very happy with the work and insited that I join her for a glass of wine. I finally left her premises at 20:45. She asked me to email an invoice and said she would do an EFT.

I sent an invoice for 3 hour's work the next day. And resent it a week later, wherupon she went to Cameo Framers and told the proprietor that I had invoiced her for more hours than I had spent on her premises.

I wrote again, telling her that I coud prove how long I spent at her house. Unfortunately she is ignoring me.
