My aunt passed away in May 2024. I have been to our local store 5 times and have emailed and phoned head office to close her account that was fully paid up. It is 4 months later and Edgars are still adding fees and sending accounts. How long does it take and how difficult is it to close an account???
trying for a week to get a hardship benefit form. If you walk into the store all the staff are on their cellphones. The store does not keep the forms . Emailing and calling customers service does not help, because they all promise to email the form . Really now, does it take a week to email a form. what happened to customer services
Fitbit 5 tracker got bricked due to fitbit and google software update. Device is now useless. Reached out to fitbit support. They offered a 35 percent discount on a new device but the discount code cannot be used in SA. What is the point of the discount code if it doesnt work. Stay with the older charge models. Do not buy a charge 5.
Had no issues with my first delivery from china. Bought twice for the same amount from Temu. First time import tax R80 , second time R100, Now suddenly Bam R420!!!!!!!!for what? Would like to know how this shipping is calculated. Daylight *******. Just cured me from buying anything in future. With the import tax its cheaper to buy local.
Purchased aunt caroline 10kg rice advertised at R179.99 without card and R159.99 with card. Discount was not at calculated at Dundee Shoprite . Went back to to Dundee Shoprite but they refused to assist or refund.
Consultant was excellent in trying to better my premium and excess but he unfortunately could not match santam ...cancelled with miway but still awaiting cancellation confirmation letter that was supposed to be send to renetaljaard@meb.co.za
Excellent service.. I had to add extra items on my insurance and my premium was adjusted accordingly ..I could not afford the premium and shopped around for cheaper insurance...miway adjusted my premium and as a result I remained a miway client...the agent was very patient and remained friendly..the telephone line kept dropping and te agent kept phoning me back...thank you for the great service..
might as well close springfield park branch. No assistance .Does not bother to answer calls or whatsapps. No response for 3 weeks. Pathetic
