I had a great experience with this insurance company. It was really easy to get convinced to sign up — the representative was clear, professional, and didn’t use any pressure tactics. They also offered a good discount, which made the deal even better. What I appreciated most was how well they explained the entire process. Everything was laid out step-by-step, and I felt confident knowing exactly what I was getting. Highly recommend!

No Stars here!!!! What an absolutely shocking experience. No customer service & totally RUDE!!!! Pathetic & Attitude Please don’t let staff like that work with customers that are sick. Let them pack the shelf’s rather. 7 August @ 9:40. Gave in our script to the Pharmacist or Rude Lady. “Did not get her name” Rude Lady, put the medication just in a bag. I asked her please advise how & when to take the medication. As the Doctor gives instructions on the script! Her RUDE reply was, SHOULD I READ the Instructions to you as well…….. I told her pls call the manager, what an attitude. She just took her coffee & through her hands up in the air & walked away. If I had to do that at my work, I would get fired!! Management apologised. The point is what has happened to Customer Service & working with ill customers……….
No starts. Have been banking with FNB, for almost 22 years. I did an application online to increase my credit card limit. 2 weeks later I get called, today & get asked for 3 months payslips??? Ridiculous, you can see what is on my profile. There is always something with FNB. We have 6 accounts with FNB. I think a change is as good as a holiday. Pathetic FNB
Quality of food, not good for the amount you must pay. NO Quality or Quantity. Disappointing.
No Stars. Huge ****. The company premises don’t even exist. They want 50% Deposit, Then all a sudden, before you get to even see the vehicle you must pay R10 000. As then all a sudden it’s an Auction vehicle.

Impaq / SACAI No Stars if I could. Pay an arm & a leg, so expensive. They don’t know what they are doing. Marking is up to s***. Curriculum is c**p So unorganised, with Matric results. Playing with our children’s future. Please reconsider, using this Education Service provider!!! Sorry No Service…………
