We ordered an online special for black Friday. It deducted a payment, but no order number or food received. Tried a second time. Same thing happened. The manager of the store got one of the two payments refunded to us, but we are still struggling to get the second payment refunded after repeatedly sending the requested bank statements etc.

I bought a Fitbit Charge 5 in December 2021. Recently it had to be updated. I updated it. Eversince the update it did not turn on, I tried everything. I contacted Fitbit twice, but received no help. R4000 down the drain. What a load of ****. I WILL NEVER BUY A FITBIT PRODUCT AGAIN.
Yesterday I went to Jet in Mall @ Reds, Gauteng. I looked around and saw a special that caught my interest. The board said "Two chino joggers for R99,99". So I took two for my son. When I got at the till, the lady said she just want to check something while ringing my stuff up. She left, I saw her take the board down and came back. She did not say a word. She did not explain. She just rang them up as R99,99 each and put it on my account. I would not have bought it if it were not for the special. And the way she treated me was criminal. Horrible person.
I am very upset. I took out a Samsung Cares policy with my handset. My screen broke and now I can't use the policy. The technician at Samsung Mall of Africa has been unavailable and Samsung Menlyn does not accept the policy - I have to go to Hillcrest. HILLCREST??????? I will NEVER support Samsung again. No one wants to help me. I am soooo frustrated!!!!!
My father died a year ago. I notified SABC. Now my dad has been handed over to some clown for the collection of R124.80. They are now harrassing the family members. Shame on you.
My father passed away one year ago. I notified SABC. I then recently saw notifications from this company that he has been handed over for not paying R124.80. I contacted the company and they are trying to force me - having nothing to do with the license, to go to SAPS to make an affidavit to say that I don't know what happened to the TV sets. I will not. My dad died. Have you no respect? Absolutely disgusting.
I contacted this business today again about a problem I am having with another business regarding outstanding debt. Within 10 minutes, I was phoned back by Antonio who assisted me very clearly. Thank you. You guys are tops.
