I bought a S25 phone online on your website and no one can track my order and NON of you million call centres can assist me!!! No one can tell me anything about my order although I have all the correspondence and even screenshots!

2 months my card was debited for something I did not purchase, nor did I authorize the payment via an OTP. I got the OTP SMS on my phone but I did not action it. What I did do is to contact no less than 4 Standard Bank ***** contact centres to report with no success. Eventually, my private banker called me back and it was reported to her. I asked the bank if they can explain what happened and if a device of mine was compromised. They kept on saying I first must go to the Police. I explained that I am too busy to do that, but surely they can just give me some information on how this happened, then I could wipe the device if it was on my end. If it was not at my end, I expect the bank to investigate themselves or their processes. Why do I have the inconvenience to go to the Police if their authorization process did not protect me? After weeks of no help, I called a regional head of private banking and he said he will call me back which he never did. As the bank was unwilling even to assist me in the slightest manner I had to wipe ALL my devices (just to be sure) and have not even installed the SBSA app back. I still do not know if it was my fault or the bank's fault. I do know that the bank did not protect me at all, and they were certainly the most unhelpful company I had recently had to deal with. Obviously, I also lost the money, but they don’t care at all. BTW in all this time which the bank didn't call back, I did receive 3 phone calls to increase my card credit limits!
I bought Ray-bans from Clearwater Sunglass hut 2 weeks ago and the sunglasses they promised to deliver within 5 days. No delivery and I went back to the store and phoned their head office twice and I still dont know where the sunglasses are. I asked for my money back but they also cannot help me.
I paid for a 4 men tent and for the 3rd time they delivered a 3 men small tent. I spoke to them on many occasions to try and sort it and showed them photos and barcodes but they cant get it right. Beyond useless!!!!
I ordered a R30k phone 2 weeks ago that supposed to ship in 3 to 5 days. NOTHING DELIVERED AND NO FEEDBACK FROM LOOT!!! VERY POOR COMMUNICATION!!! So I try and get their attention and get info using Hellopeter
My late mom's pension is with Old Mutual and after she has passed in July I have waited for them process the claim. I have received ZERO communication from them despite contacting them at least 10 times. I just want to know what the process is with such a claim. It is hard enough to lose a loved one and to get closer but this has been drawn out so long with no feedback. Totally in the dark!
I ordered 24 Oct an item that was supposed to be delivered on the 3 Nov. A week later I email them to ask an ETA. No replies to my emails after 3 weeks! I contacted them on Facebook too and they don't respond. How the hell do I contact you to ask where the order is or if I can get my money back!!!?????
Avoid! Had oxygen for 3 weeks but they refused to returned my deposit as now the are saying you need to pay for full 2 months not 3 weeks, After the fact. Paid for 9 weeks but only used it for 3 weeks! They also don't answer their phones or reply on any emails.
Over 2 months after a severe storm our home is still badly damaged and the insurer Standard Bank refuses to come back to us. We have tried about 30 times over several weeks many times to phone or email them. I even tried to go through my Private Banker and they don’t also pick up their land on cell phones. Private banking’s indifferent emails just get forwarded to Standard Bank Insurer’s black-hole. Zero response and the rain damage inside the home is getting worst and we have no idea what is going on. I hope they will respond to using HelloPeter as a channel to communicate?
