I logged a call on the 24th of Nov for washing machine repairs. It has been one story after another and when asking timelines it is 7 days or 3 - 5 days for the technician to respond. Close to a month and still dont know when repairs will take place. There does not appear to be escalation process because in spite of the delays and asking for matter to escalated there is still no progress.
I received a great service from Gee Sihlangu in April of Outsurance. He was communicate and very friendly. He sorted out the claim within few days. What a pleasure to experience such a straight forward service.
Been trying to cancel prepaid DSTV account for the past 3 months. They have handed over R128 to Blake Lawyer and when I ask what is the R128 they say its for connection fee. Connection fee for what when I dont want the connection or service! Call centre cannot cancel and can't cancel by email.
I asked Home-Connect to transfer the account to person moving to the house. Apparently its easy to open an account, you can call or asked to be called back. If you want to transfer or cancel the account the Call Centre can't do it. You cannot send email. You must do it on the portal but the portal strategically does not process the transfer or cancellation. After numerous calls and emails still not done. So account remains even though not using it.
I received a bad service from Universal Paints Woodmead. The paint I requested and what was shown as sample was not what was sold which I saw when painting. Shop refused to take responsibility. They just said the matt sheen would be better on water based enamel. I asked that the guys come to premises less than 5kms away to see that the sample and paint sold are different and they refused.
I am so happy with the service received from Outsurance on my last claim. I was assisted by Haymes Tshabalala. He handled the claim professionally and made sure that I was kept up to date at all times. He found suitable service providers that also delivered a great service.
I had bad experience with Regus. It's easy to sign a lease with them. When the lease expires they intentionally extends it. You can't cancel by calling which is how you signed up. They refuse to cancellation by email. They insist on using their system which then does not have functionality to cancel. I have sent numerous emails and made calls then when the system is available to cancel they have loaded more invoices for services they did not provide. Their service offering is also not good and is expensive. I would rate the company zero star if it was possible.
Received a very bad service from the practice. Dr added extra service not required and charged much more than expected. When I queried she indicated that what she services based on her medical assessment not what I require.
Received a great service from Trivashen Perumaul of Outsurance. He was very professionals and ensured I understood the process. He kept me updated and to contact him was very easy. The system from Outsurance routes the email directly to him as such don’t get contacted by different people.
Bad service received from supplier. Ordered books. No notification on when books are delivered. When I ask when booked will be delivered they said delivered already. School does not know where books are. No response from email. Last year they refused to give a refund.
