Loud phones and music on Greyhound Buses
The service on Greyhound buses used to be very proper and very classy . Today we are in a bus that’s got loud people playing loud music on their phones .

Horrible service
The service is beyond terrible ! It’s impossible to top up data/wifi, you have to call their call centre that never picks up the line. The WhatsApp line is forever under maintenance . You will be notified if there’s going be service disruption/upgrades. You will only see when the connectivity is down . Take them at your own risk.

Bad Service!!!!!
Run as far as you can away from Intergral Insurance Brokers! Misleading information on premiums and when you query these things, you are given attitude. Broker (Joy) gave me incorrect information that’s costing me a fortune and her manager Peter is just on a chill zone not willing to assist.I should have learned or checked these reviews .

Richards Bay Office- Refusing to deliver in rural areas
I had terrible experience with Richards Bay Office from their staff members i.e Ayanda Mhlongo( driver), Kimi Zondo, Skhumbuzo Mpanza for delivery in Zululand . The begging one needs to do and ************** especially if you are sending to areas like Mahlabathini/KwaCeza etc they’ll go to an extent of lying about villages being hijacking spots . Courier Guy needs to improve on this ,a whole week watching your parcel online going back and forth ……

I regret NOT reading reviews before buying at Jaymart.I bought a bed on the 25th June 2023,gave them adequate time to prepare...it's been false promise after another. I sent a driver yesterday after agreeing the delivery will be ready and they said it's not ready. Is there a way of reporting this business because they are NOT taking customers serious,lies and they are now not taking my calls....a person who claims to be Thabang Mokoena and Micheal they promise but dont deliver.PLEASE NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Buffal International Couriers a nightmare!!!!!
I’m disappointed at how Buffalo Int’Couriers drags sending parcels to its owners even after they have received it at Customs. They can keep the parcel for more than 7 days. They used to be very fast ,lately they are failing dismally.

I place an order online from Ghetto 9nine in Polokwane and I got the receipt claiming it was delivered by Trymore from Ubereats but there’s no delivery
