Extremely angry at the moment. My car is booked for a service and currently at the dealership. With extended warranty taken out they can't proceed because they are waiting for an adjustment to be made from 75k to 90k at Mfc Innovation group. I followed up more than 4 times now and the dealership where my car is at are also still waiting and phoning non stop. We are not getting any feedback whatsoever. In the meen time my car is still al the dealership and they can't work on it without authorisation. I need my car to be serviced. Then not even to mention. I took out the plan for car rental and then after I spoke to them they forgot to mention there is a hire fee which I was informed was part of my service plan. I am not happy at all.
If I could give a 0 rating I would. I'm discuses with the service received from Absa Greenstone. Espessially the rude, unprofessional agent that assisted me. Alec! I sat for more that an 2 hours to open an account. I gave all the documents and filled everything in. Then Alec phones me and said he took the wrong proof of residence. I can't use the account and I can't take another half day off work. His rude arrogant attitude is unexeotable!
If I could rate a 0 I would. A total waste of money and for the price of R130 a bottel a disgrace. This shampoo and conditioner is horrible. It like a blob of thick sauce and it doesn't even make a foam. Hair is hard, grassy and you can't even wash with it. Not recommend at all. Take it of the shelves.
To whom this may concern. I have2 vodacom contracts. One which expiered in October this year 2021. In July/August this year 2021 I already phoned and requested that my contract that Expires in October needs to be cancelledand placed on repaid. This has not been done and I now received a invoice with a massive amount that needs to be paid due to someone not doing as I requested. Now when I phoned again they said I first have to settle the billed for amount (which were not supposed to be there because I cancelled in July/Agust before they can help me. Vodacom please recify this matter ASAP. I will not be paying that amount. My contract that expired needs to be on prepaid as requested the first time around!
STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!! I don't recommend using Goodsigns at all. Their work is disgusting, the staff and the owner is the most rudest persons ever and they do not deliver! I ordered a banner a month ago! When collecting the printing was so smudged and they stitched the prints together. After rejecting we were told they will be in touch. Our deadline is in 2 days and still no feedback. When you contact them they put the phone down in your ear and they avoid any form of communication. I've been in the printing industry for over 12 years now and never once had this issue with a supplier. Stay away and look for companies that acknowledge the importance of quality and customer care. This is for Durban and Kempton Park Branch.
21 DAYS NOW AND STILL HAVNT RECEIVED MY ORDER! After many attempts to get hold of Makro A lady contacted on Sunday to say my delivery will be delivered on Sunday the 15th December. No driver has pitched and I am still waiting for the order. I am disgusted by the service received. This has been delaying our holiday and by far unacceptable! How can delivery take 21 Days?????? <p>I had an account and asked them to cancell my subscription and to send me the Invoice for all to be settled. I made the payment and they advised that my account has been settled and paid in full. Then 2 months later I receive another bigger amount to pay after they informed my account has been settled. Their excuse is that this is an additional account. So how do you request an account to be settled in full and been advised your account is paid in full and then get another account. Do not ever use them. You get so much nicer books and half the price at Cum books or CNA. My account is still not settled and they refuse to sort this out! </p>
Hi I just received a quote from outsurence and they do not hold on their word. They cant beat my curent car insurence premium and they dont want to pay the R400 if they cant. Thats a great example of trust just there.
Long story short, I have been bumped into and after putting in the claim and waited for weeks. Miway doesn't even want to cover n quarter of the claim. I've been asked to get 2 quoted from 2 different panel beaters and the damages are not even close to what Miway wants to pay out! I will not recommend Miway to anyone. What they are doing are in fact steeling! Why do we have insurgence and pay our heads off if they dont come to the party. To have insurance is so that we feel safe and covered with no hassle or worries, but not at Miway.
We placed an order at 10:54 Mr D HQ processing web order. After the expiring time order still not received. <br> Your order should arrive between 12:02 and 12:32. We phoned and told mr delivery to cancel the order as we cant wait much longer. Every time we phoned in to follow up on the status they told us 30 min, 15 min and nothing. Then the driver still arrived after 2 hours with the order. We send him back with the food. I will never use Mr Delivery again. It's absolute shocking!!!
