I bought an Acer laptop from Game, South Coast mall. It has been sent back for repair twice!!!!!!!!!! First time took 21 days. The day we got it back it had even more issues........ It is under guarantee. The laptop has been in for repair longer than I have had. I can't work due to this. They are refusing to give me a new one. It's obvious this one is defective. I am getting different answers from game and Acer. Game says they still trying to repair and Acer says it's getting a credit assessment. I do not want a lopt that has broken twice in three months. I need a new one. What must I do with a defective laptop.

Git it back , that same day , other issues started. They refuse to give a refund. Insist I keep a laptop with faults. It's in for repair again. According to them, as per this morning, Acer is trying to fix it. First time it was in for repair for three weeks. Now it's over a week. It's clearly defective. But they refuse a refund. It's still under guarantee. Not to mention the disgusting customer service you get in store. I will NEVER support Game South Coast mall again. And I will never buy an Acer product. I will also never refer any to that game store. Or suggest an Acer laptop.
Harrases other people are my debt . After repeated communication stating I will settle in August and requests to stop hounding the other person.

I ordered school supplies and paid for delivery. Was supposed to be here by the 14th. I have tried so many times to email, face book message, WhatsApp message and still nothing. The issue isn't resolved. Nobody has gotten back to me.. and school starts the day after tomorrow. I'm horrified
I got a contact in November , a sim contract with a Xiaomi phone. Six weeks later and still no phone. Delivery has failed twice. Apparently after the third try the contract will be cancelled. It's not my fault. First time they entered in the address wrong. Apparently I live in the eastern cape. I have never waited so long for a delivery. That after being a customer for 16 years!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I reported a burst pipe two weeks ago. To date nothing has been done. The element in the geyser has now burnt out and the water is seeping I to the wall. I decided to phone. Over R100 airtime and still nowhere! This is damaging my property and not to mention my kids can't have a hot bath! I pay every month!!!!!!!!!!!! This is not on!
