Why is my normal subscription of R701 changed to R841. When I contact your *********** agents they are unable to explain.

I would to give Santam -10 if it was possible. I did a quotation for car insurance with Santam. They failed to beat my current insurance and requested me to forward my policy schedule. I bought a KIC 344L fridge which said Silver stainless steel on the Takealot app. To my surprise when the fridge arrived, my wife sent a photo, since I'm in US and I was not happy with how it looked. Without the fridge being opened, sealed as it is and still is, I tried to log a return on their app to which there was no option for return on their app. I sent them numerous emails and yet nobody is willing to assist.
I'm very much disappointed by the Makro Online Service. I bought a universal adapter/plug over two weeks ago for my international trip and to date, I haven't received the item and there's no communication. I called them last week and they said the item will be delivered on Friday and yet again, the item was not delivered and there was no communication. Yesterday I called them again to enquire about the delivery and they told me that the order was cancelled due to the shortage of stock. Mind you, this is 2 days before my trip. Why didn't you let me know about this issue last week because I could've bought it on Takealot??? So what should happen now?????
