Honda Menlyn has some competency problems that they need to sort out in the workshop. URGENTLY and Compensate for all losses because of the errors on their side.
I have a very huge complaint about Honda. I took my car to Honda for a routine service on the 15 th of January The 165 000 km service was done - On the service record it stated AC Treatment/ Induction kit done And raplaced power steering fluid. It stated that the power steering is dameged a bit bu I can still use it for a while and then recondition. This was not an option stated to me when I got the call to authorise repairs. I brought the car home and drove ~200 km when I heard a bad sound coming from the engine. I took it straight back to Honda where I was told the aircon belt is not good and that damaged the aircon pump. I told them to make sure they fix all that was wrong - I need my car in a good condition. They fixed it R13000 later I got the car after ~1 week at honda. I drove 60Km to Centurion and back - On the way back I heard a very bad sound - There is HUGE problems on the car now -- I parked it in the carage and hasn`t taken it out since then - as I do not have money to spend now another few thousands of rands to take it back to Honda again. I FEEL I GAVE THEM A PERFECTY GOOD CAR BEFORE THE SERVICE WITH NO ISSUES AT ALL. Now I have just problems all over - WHAT HAVE THEY DONE TO CAR - Or didn`t do that they should have done. I am not comfortable to even drive the car back to Honda Auto Menlyn HONDA SHOULD NOT GIVE PROBLEMS LIKE THAT AT 165 000 KM Short and long of the story - NEVER IN MY LIVE WILL I BUY A HONDA AGAIN
Waiting 7 days for DELL to arrive to correct under warranty Laptop where the keys on the laptop is not working. The delivery of items are a mess They should have delivered a week ago - Claim that they have been here - U was here the delivery was not done There is no way to contact the delivery team - They also do not keep you up to date with where the process is - BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD They refuse to give out the courier number or any details - They also claim they cannot contact the courier - NO SUPERVISOR OF MANAGER WERE AVAILABLE TO SPEAK TO - GOING TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT
I am struggling for a week now since the delivery date on the website to get my parcel. Never have I experienced such poor service. the excuse is the COURIER - I cannot get hold of anybody - OR the courier BAD BAD BAD service Waiting for a R3000 parcel that is somewhere and nobody knows where I WILL NEVER AGAIN ORDER ANYTHING FROM TAKE A LOT AND want nothing ever to do WITH FAST N FURIOUS COURIERS
<p>Six years after I sold a vehicle and giving notice to tracetech about the caccellation of the contract - there is still DEBIT ORDERS GOING OFF my account. If I stop the debit order a new number is assigned and it is going off again. Now after I send the cancellation again - actually to their debtors department they have the nerve to tell me that they will only cancel the account if I pay the R500 of the last few debit orders that was stopped by me. And that after nearly six years of monies coming off my account.THIS IS TOTALLY UNACEPTABLE.</p>
Still getting invoiced although I have moved and stopped my contract 18 months ago.<br> Try to call the call centre 4 times and every time they tell me they are going to check something I must hold a few seconds and then after 15 minutes of no reply at all I put the phone down. Hope ADT is going to pay my cell phone bill for me.
