Been renting through this agency for almost 3 years without skipping ant rentals. Upon giving my months notice numerous plp were cc ' in my mail only to find after I had left my apartment that no one attended to this. Weeks later I keep calling the office leaving my numbers for Debbie to call me back and she's forever in a meeting or not available. At one point I'm being told that I put in short notice. This is bull and will be taking the matter further.
So... I get an sms that states that both my contract numbers have been switched to prepaid without my knowledge. I then called to find out what is happening matilda then promises to come back to me before end of day on the 5th Aug which never happens. I then call again and spoke to someone else who then advises that I will get feedback by next week latest. What's annoying is that she said that I had put this request in Apr already . During that month I had been screwed by mtn on an upgrade which resulted in loss of airtime which I never recovered. This year alone this company has given me drama and have lost faith and respect. I would rather seek another network and not stay with the devil I know. Would be nice if and when they find the recording it can be forwarded to me
called in to find out why the line was out of service. a lady that was utterly rude decided to inform that the line would be disconnected/lost if payment is not done by this month end.. so this is where the problem is ... how the hell does one know what is owed if no statements are received nor communication. Its frustration to hear someone rudely being joyful and advising that the account has been handed over with no prior communication... seems like Telkom derives pleasure in employing rude incompetent individuals with no sense what so ever.<br> for the fact that we have had this line for over 20years doesn't account for anything is sad indeed...
went into the traffic department to do a renewal of my disk of to which I was then told that I had to pay a warrant that has been issued in my name or else I would not be able to obtain the disk. I gladly did .. upon receipt of the payment copy it stated that the infridement was issued by Pretoria. I then called 0861231123 the lady that answered could not assist she then gave me 087 285 0500 who assisted me with attitude and eventually dropped the phone in my ear. I then called traffic depart number obtained on the internet for metro police in Pretoria and guess what.... they were closed. this is really frustrating as I need more information on this as I do recall bailing my vehicle out from their compound last year on the date stated on the infringement. ...... it just goes to show that one can never entirely depend on our government .....
this employment agency is scamming unemployed people by promising them jobs in return of r400.00. this is bull and no one should be subjected into paying any money to get employed
I am so dissatisfied with the how unethical business is being conducted through your company. more like pissed to say the least. I received a call on the 14/04 to do an upgrade on my existing contract with mtn. the sales consultant neglected to inform me what type of a package he was putting me on. he kept on emphasizing that I will be paying R8.00 less than what I am current paying. 3 days later I then receive an sms from my provider advising that my contract has been changed of to which I then consulted with mtn to reconfirm what I had been sold. and oh wow was put on an open line. this is not what I had agreed upon and will not be sent from pillar to post because no one can confirm if I will be put back on my old package and will be receiving my so called \forfeited airtime". this is unethical business practises and need to be dealt with.... I hope to be getting feedback regarding this... """
She called and introduced herself as a senior consultant but could not answer my question and started becoming agitated. Incident date 14 April.
as much as I love steers was disappointed to find when I arrived @ home that my order was not complete. I had ordered a burger with avo and bacon. and the two ingredience that I wanted where missing in action. as late as it was and hungry I had no other choice but to stomach what I had been given. disappointed indeed.
service I received from dimakatso was appalling.. as pregnant as she looked her moods and morning sicknesses must be left @ home. Regardless that better had nothing to do with how bad she treated me. When I got to the till I never greeted (deliberately), she didn't either and decided to throw my til slip after I had paid. I am very disappointed and would rather find another branch to shop @ if this is the treatment I will be getting from this store.<br> incident date 28/02/2015
