I recently had a very negative experience with Mr. Parking. They did not arrive for a booking early in the morning and they didn't answer their phone. I was refunded my prepaid amount (not the huge amount that I had to pay to ORT), but no explanation or apology were received. It was such a disappointment, as I have used them successfully many times in the last 12 years.
I bought footpegs that didn't fit. Flying Brick immediately committed to replace them and sent them via courier at their cost. Amazing people. Amazing service.
We spent a great weekend there. The people were amazing, the place is beautiful and the food was stunning.
I am disappointed after using this company for the first time yesterday. My car was not available at the booked pickup time and I had to phone for it to be fetched. The car was wet and therefore stored in an uncovered space. The electronics also indicated that the car was driven very aggressively. I will not be using their services again.
The Redz Estate Agency in Oudtshoorn recently found a buyer for our house and for that we are grateful. The interaction with their agent unfortunately left much to be desired. We will not be making use of their services again.
I have had a very bad experience with this company in Voorbaai, Mossel Bay. They were not honest with me over the phone, they took forever to make a diagnosis, did unauthorised work and then quoted me exorbitant prices on parts that I didn't need. I will never, ever use their "services" again.
I sent my broken-down car to this company. They took a month to start the work, **** about the progress and damaged the bodywork. Then they quoted ridiculous repair prices and overcharged me for work that I didn't ask for. I will NEVER EVER deal with them again. They quote that they are "5 star approved and graded" and the signage outside says honesty, reliable and affordable. I experienced none of these things.
I recently arranged for a change of address 6 weeks before our move. I followed up weekly whether all is in place, without any response. My internet service did not work on the agreed date and MWEB doesn't offer any support over a weekend. MWEB blamed the fibre provider when I eventually managed to talk to a person on Monday., while I have proof that it was not the fibre provider's fault. Three hours of kicking and screaming fixed the problem. I'm definitely ditching them as soon as Starlink becomes active.
They charged me over R600 (one hour labor) to code a new key for my motorcycle. It took them 5 minutes. "Come at 07h00. We can help." Then made me wait an hour for the technician to arrive.
These people are amazing. Nothing was too much trouble to save my beloved Botter. Dr. Dean De Kock and Dr. Magda and all of their amazing staff. I can't sing their praises loud enough.
