Over a week ago, I placed an order Called to amend shoe size with a consultant who promised to get this solved quick 3 days later Conita the consult called back to say that my order was accidently cancelled. She spoke about same day delivery which was obviously a lie because I am still waiting. I have mailed them several times but still don't have the stuff, oh n by the way it was as a gift for 2 people. The one item for the person's birthday on the 12th was missed. The other 2 items ( SAME DAY DELIVERY ) birthday is tomorrow but I haven't received **** as you know. I waited for almost 10 mins to the below par holding jingle and someone picked up the phone and politely put it down without saying Hello. Now the line is down, assuming they crashing hard. The other online stores streets ahead on delivery time and service Not hateful or you but very close. I have to fork out double for gifts now not to mention the consumption of my time which is work more to me!!
Over a month ago I submitted a claim- I still have not received a response Over a week ago I sent a message on their site about my claim no response 1 am currently holding to get through for 36:22 min and counting Sent and email as well no response On what planet is this a good or even fair business practice. I called ATKV central booking office and enquired about accommodation at Goudini. Aldrige Camel advise me that there is a 4 sleeper available but we could take 5 people into the unit. Based on this information I booked and made a deposit. After 1 week I called to confirm some details I was told by Marli Theron that the unit cannot take 5 and that I had to pay for another unit. I was outraged by this because I was given the wrong information. <br> Marli gave me options to take another unit or to upgrade to a bigger more expense unit. After having to engage with some family members to agree to pay extra, keeping in mind the was Goudini's SPA / ATKV fault that I had to pay extra for. <br> We ended up double to accommodate the 5th person and had to get some other individuals to agree to pay and join. <br> Feeling quite upset that Goudini Spa offering no ownership of this mistake. The couple joining has a 4 year old girl who falls out of the quota of people. I sent through a request 3 days ago for Ibtishaam Jacobs to allow us to bring the little girl with and she has not even responded. It is now 1 day prior to us having to arrive at Goudini Spa still nothing. Horrible customer service! Not good
10 months ago a geyser was replaced under warranty, the so called new geyser was installed.<br> <br> Now the so called new geyser has burst and I am expected to cough up a R750 Excess. Honda Helderberg, seemed a very professional car dealership. I had a Kia Cerato 1.6 2011 that I needed traded in or resold and the salesperson promised that he would take care of everything.<br> <br> My existing car would be settled , I would receive a cash back etc. 2 weeks after I left my old car at the dealership, I receive a call from a sales assistant to ask what my Kia is doing at the dealership.<br> <br> The salesperson is suspended and the dealer is threatening to tow the car away and treating me like a criminal. I was shocked with what I had heard and the way I have been treated.<br> <br> The sales manager says to me I own 2 cars, little do they know I understand my rights. I have escalated to NCR, National Consumer Tribunal, Consumer Protector and consulted 2 Lawyers who deal with consumer arbitration.<br> <br> Used Car Sales people are the worst, I am still fighting this case because injustice will not prevail here. Imagine the Dealerships says they have a sworn affidavit from the criminal sales person, well I will go on better and let him get a Polygraph.<br> <br> Be careful as Liars and Cheats are everywhere.
I was called over 3 weeks ago by Standard Bank so they could sell me a prestige account. <br> <br> I upgraded based on the fact that I would be given quick attention and treated like a prestige client. It has been anything but a Prestige experience. 3 weeks later I find out no prestige card has been ordered , I have not received a call from my Prestige / Relationship banker and after following up via email to prestige@ STANDARDBANK I get an automated response that I will receive attention in 1 business day. Its been 3 business days and I have to follow up.<br> <br> After speaking to Anna Khosa and Riyaad Mohamed about this at the prestige call centre the best they can do for me is order my card and get somebody to call to say sorry.<br> <br> This is no consolation to me and the service levels is highly unacceptable. It seems to me like all Standard Bank wants is my money and don't really care about me as an Individual.<br> <br> Sort of like a Pirate's Code - take as much as you can and give nothing back. Listen to this one. I walk into Stuttafords Canal Walk to purchase an Item. After fitting it on I realise it needs to be a size bigger. I request from a Lady at the menswear counter to find me the size at another store. 2 is located in Claremont and I advise I will pick it up this evening. Its a sale item marked down , I leave my details and I am off. I get a call later to say that , the price went up in Claremont because they have different prices according to Tham Tham. I have never heard such BS , I upset now and say this is rubbish. I send her back and ask to get the correct story because this is not possible. She calls back to say now they are out of stock. I say this is BS again because it shows on their system they have in stock. I ask her to get the details of the manager in Claremont. She promises and never calls back. I call Canal Walk maybe 6 times spend more than 40 mins on calls and everytime I am told to hold then they cut me off. The people involved in this extremely poor service is Tham Tham , Jacques from CW and Pheliswe and Steven from Claremont. I spent 3 hours of my day wasted on this. How valuable is your time?? Never shopping at this BS retail store again!!!!!
I bought a External HD in December, touted as Durable HD with a fancy case etc.<br> <br> 1 month later the connector broke, no signs of force and really hardly ever moved. The Manager and Repair person agreed it didn't look like damage at all.<br> <br> Response was - we agree and will send it back to ADATA , 2 weeks later no response or a follow up call from Esquire Cape Town. I went back to buy a '50 inch TV and asked about it. Response was oh the supplier came back saying physical damage.<br> <br> Speak to Ilyaas the Manager about it and Ashley the repair gentleman. Manager says he will sort something out another week goes by no response. I called this morning in Week 2 and complain to the manager and he apologises and promised to call me back before COB its 04:35pm Im about to leave the office and still nothing.<br> <br> How can you disrespect customers in this way? Really bad advert for Esquire, I cant see myself buying again if this is the service one gets.
