I have been with Afrihost for over 6 years with all my domains normally their technical support is brilliant however not anymore, My sites have gonne all funny and we have not event worked on them. The hosting department dont take any calls they only respond to emails which is challenging what is the point of having the technical support if you cannot speak to them? I have had challenges for past 5 days and still not fixed. You get report numbers and then you not sure which site the referring too and with loads of tehcnical support number does become a challenge. Afrihost please up your game on technicall support or alternately will need to move all my domains,
We signed a contract with datalink for 5 years and was told we own the equipment after 5 years. Custom Capital took over the contract without notifying us that the equipment is now a rental, they have charged excessive monthly charges on our debit orders without our permission, Our contract expired end of October 2025, we told them we do not wish to renew, they are making us pay another 3 months premiums and they have not collected there stuff to-date- loan sharks, we do not hold a contract with them but was with data link, also asked for FSB number to no avail
I went in for a day procedure- I was placed in Maternity ward, on coming out of surgery I asked the nurse please I need a cup of coffee, they put the blood pressure on me and it was beeeeping continuously because my blood pressure was low, I was left to my own devices still waiting for my coffee. Yet I see the invoice from Glynwood was R20 000 for one day. Thank you to Wiesenhof still in my surgical gown and a gown over I went with my drip and had the best cup of coffee and cheese cake. when I went back to my room there was food obviously not eaten and I am still awaiting something to drink worse exeperience ever stay away!!! The nurses are all on there cell phones and talking to one another loud I did record it- they ignored my beeping machine! Felt like a Government hospital Not value for moneyh at all
Do not use there shopping online - you buy the product is incorrect you want to return it, you cannot take it to the store, you open in and then they say it must be in original package. It is still in box not even used - what happen with the consumer protection act- DO NOT PURCHASE MAKRO ONLINE THEY DONT ALLOW RETURNS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolute ****** charge surprise bills you ask for proof and get ignored they don't give you previous tenant exit report they don't want you to get deposit back they find everything they can yet when moved in the shower and lights were not working my advise is take photos of everything before you move in and send it to them they are extremely unprofessional I will. never ever rent from them again

Been emailing and calling for days now they say they are a part of joints for life yet they don't recognise the code they was 3 quotes like a car on prosthesis however doctor only uses specific supplier they are bot coming back to us email keeps on saying to wait 3to 5 days still no response costing me to call 3 times a day they say they will call me back I have 10 reference numbers please note been on this medical aid for 25 years now when I need them having problems they would not give me managers email because of POPIA have you ever what bad service after a week still have no feedback yet pay heavy premiums on plus plan can someone supply me a managers email or direct contact details
Ordered 30 x desk deviders, ordered one order was delivered in 3 parts rather than one and had to pay 3 times customs and taxes so not worth the price in the end
You sign a lease agreement then just charge whatever they want without notification of increases. Been a tenant for 3 months this is unacceptable anyone that can advise how I contact rental tribunal as they are changing what was on the lease agreement without notifications. Rent R6800 then communal R241 which was a surprise then now just send invoice and statement showing R288.88 for communal use and R6915 all of a sudden including a monthly admin fee Yet paid R1200 upfront for admin fee, wow unbelievable I own a ew properties I wish I could do what they are doing please can someone advise on the rental tribunal process, For those using IGrow be very very very careful
