Disaster New Year lunch
<p>Our family including my brother from abroad went to the Krystal Beach Hotel's restaurant yesterday for lunch. What a disaster! Overall service by waitress & kitchen management very poor. Buffet very limited & basic. Carpets & windows dirty. Over priced. Not worth even one star. Would definately not visit again.</p>

Poor service
<p>I was standing in front of the que waiting to order. Lady at service counter is ignoring me. Then another staff member comes and assist the person behind me. Suppose to be first come first serve but definately is not the case at this KFC branche. Will net support this branch again.</p>

Poor service and disrespectful behaviour
On 11/01/2016 I bought the unlimited online backup & storage cloud service from Incredible Connection, Somerset Mall. After several unsuccessful attempts to register this service myself, I returned to this branch for assistance. However, after the fifth time returning to this branch for assistance, I am utterly disappointed in the service I received (or the lack thereof) and especially the disrespectful way I was treated in particular by the manager. In brief, my compliant are as follows:<br> <br> a) The bad attitude of the manager, pointing his finger into my face after I have expressly warned him not do so. He kept on doing so accusing me that my cloud service is in fact registered although I informed him that I am receiving an error message continuously.<br> <br> b) Staff including the manager not informed about the products they selling (e.g. could not indicate for how long the special is still valid, etc.).<br> <br> c) No follow-up service. Do not provide feedback to the client as promised.<br> <br> d) Product/items incorrectly billed.<br> <br> e) Paid for an item not in service. However, no refund received and/or further assistance provided to solve this problem.<br>

Excellent service
On 3/01/2016 I wanted to make a booking, but I was told they were already fully booked. However, the manager went the extra mile to accommodate us and even got us a table on the upper deck as requested. The service was excellent and the food superb. Definately recommend this restaurant.

Poor service
Don't know whether the Sasol filling station in Strand (along R44) is under staff or just poor management, but this morning, nobody able to assist me to fill up my vehicle. Not the first time I am experiencing such poor service at this filling station.

Dead body in Spar
While doing some shopping in Gordons Bay Spar, my husband came upon a dead body within the shop. Apparently the person was dead for more than 2 hours without anyone removing the corpse or closing the shop. In fact, after enquiring why the shop is still operating, my husband was told by the manager that they cannot close the shop because they need to make business. This is not acceptable. A corpse lying on the floor while the business is still going on as per usual and small children also need to witness this. Disgracefull!

Kuilsriver Superspar but actually super poor
Went to Superspar Kuils River today to buy something for lunch. After trying the third till point to pay for my food, I returned the food to the deli and left empty handed. Received no service at all and the employees also of no assistance and most unfriendly. Will definately not recommend
