I have opened funeral cover and cancelled it however Assupol refused Even now they still deducting the premium

My mother SASSA grant is deducted for funeral cover by 1 life insurance .My mother is old and illiterate, she is not capable of opening a funeral cover I wrote an email and a formal complaint to 1 life requesting information regarding who opened and gave concern for opening of the said funeral cover 1life management refuse to respond to my complaint with the requested information Instead of management responding I have two emails from Mr Ndaba and Skhumbuzo Makhaye respectively The responses does not address my formal complaint There is ***** committed by opening a funeral cover and deducting premium on my mother’s grant I would like 1 life management to disclose this information as a matter of urgency

Nedbank insurance ****
I have been having a bond and insurance with Nedbank since 2009 In 2022 I have paid up my bond but continued paying my insurance with reference nedic I have never claimed for my house for a long time but i continued paying my premium monthly This is reflecting on my bank statement Today I called Nedbank to claim for my roof I was told that they do not have my records and they cannot process my claim Now I am confused and frustrated Nedbank is a ****

Bad service and attitude
