I have called to cancel my contract due to immigration (You can ONLY call). The agent moved me onto a whatsapp only bundle and assured me that end of December would be the final payment and then it would move to prepaid. This is not the case as I see there is no cancellation on my number. I also requested a cancellation quote for another number which I never received. I refuse to pay again for his incompetance.
Takealot was meant to deliver my wife's credit card before 5pm, that did not happen. We called at 5 and was told that it's out for delivery and the driver will contact her. 6pm came, still no card and they've all gone home. So now some driver is sitting with my wife's credit card. It is a huge ***** risk and there is no after hours number to contact.
Got a call from Vodacom offering us a better plan at a lower price so obviously we jumped at it. Asked a few times if there are any additional charges or if our payment will stay the same. They informed us that we'd actually be saving R10 per month. Now we get a bill and it's R300 additional. Now they state, the saving is for the data plan and not the handset - which we were never informed about. I guess this is just another ploy from Vodacom to ***** from their clients
Clients were double debited - no communication for a week before they apparently smsed us yet most of us received no sms. Now they debiting again prior to the agreed upon date. Only to be told it's because they reversed both debits - real incompetency. So now I sit with a negative bank balance - fees for an unpaid item and the potential of them suspending my account. I get transferred between agents on live support with no communication. Nobody can give me answers and all they do is apologize when I am the one sitting with all the charges. I have never dealt with such and incompetent, disrespectful company. STAY AS FAR AS POSSIBLE AWAYS FROM THEM!!!!
I cancelled my contract in May, yet I am still receiving data on the sim (I am not using the SIM) and invoices. You are now threatening me with legal action because I am not paying even though I HAVE CANCELLED MY CONTRACT! I am unable to take calls during work hours and you have no other way to get in contact with you. I have emailed and got no response, although the auto generated email states 24hrs (its been 2 weeks). Absolutely disgusting service I am receiving.
Honestly the best service and value for money. We went bed shopping around PE, everywhere we walked in could not compete with the friendliness and warm welcome from the Sleep Boutique staff. Same day delivery was the highlight of it all!
Steves Auto Clinic is incredible. I won their Major Service Competition. They didn't treat me any different than a regular client. They even fetched and dropped my car at my house. I never had to lift a finger in the whole process. My car feels incredible to drive again after not being serviced in over 3 years. Will definitely be taking my car back to Steve's Auto Clinic for any maintenance in the future. Thank you guys!
Absolutely useless bank! I have sent 2 email last week and got no response. All I am wanting is a settlement quote for my vehicle. The app doesn't allow me to do this, internet banking doesn't open and nobody responds to emails.
DO NOT USE RAIN!!!! Useless, there is no other word for you guys. I purchased LTE with them (10mbps) I have only had it for 2 months and of those 2 months, I have only had one day where my speed was over 5mbps. It stays at under 3mbps and the past few days it has been below 1mbps. Countless calls later and still hasn't been solved. They were meant to call me last night at 6pm and I am still waiting for their call at 9:30am today. BIGGEST THIEVES AND FRAUDSTERS OUT THERE!
I opened my account 3 years ago and was not notified about any fees on the account by the branch. I had no proof of this so just let it slide but now I'm getting charged withdrawal fees and prepaid fees. I have not been notified about these fees. How do you think it is ethical to add fees to students accounts without informing the customer. I am highly disgusted and am in the process of looking at other banks at what they can offer me. You are very close to losing a customer. I have been a customer since I was 7 years old, I'm now 21 and have had enough of untold fees.
