Dealing with insurance has never been this easy. I remember my previous insurance (who I won't name) gave me a runaround trying to discredit my claim. Although dealing accidents is hard and draining, dealing with Enrico Opperman from MiWay was a breeze. Got my car assessed within a few hours, provided all the required documents and claim was authorized without questions! Thank you MiWay.
They ****med us. The owner is a famous rugby player Duncan Matthews. He should get served
No support from Supersonic. They failed to bill me for the first few months of taking their fibre and showed up with a huge bill months later. This is despite my efforts of trying to get hold of them initially and now they won't even respond to my quest to either terminate the service or s**** the bill.
Worst metering service to ever use. The meter is like R100 a day staying alone and not even cooking and zero support. Their whatsapp gives generic robotic answers. Meredale Mews chose the worst company for prepaid metering.
I made a purchase of an iPhone for R16 999 and after two weeks, was told that the company is under business rescue. This, of course, was a ruse to quieten the noise but in hindsight, they have gotten scot free. The emails started bouncing. If anyone has any way to at least recoup some of all the victim's money, please help. Let's join forces and bring these scums to justice.
I use them for car insurance and they take forever to pay for even a small claim. I was bumped and gave them them the case details and they wanted me to get the details of the car/driver that caused the accident in order to pay out the excess.
I had thee worst experience with these guys. first got a car that overheated from day one and eventually had to swop for another one which was not in great condition either. I regret mixing with this wrong crowd.
After an impressive line up of deals that Telkom offers, I thought I'd take a contract with them. I bought a Samsung Galaxy S6 phone on smartplan 100 which costs R399 per month, still does here:<br> [URL Removed]<br> <br> On my surprise, my first bill shows the deal as for R499. I then called and waited for those long minutes until fortunately getting my concern addressed. I explained the issue with the call centre agent to which he responded by saying he had logged an incident to have it fixed. The first debit order went through with that R499!<br> <br> I then explained the second issue which is that I got debited as soon as the account was approved and the first statement also showed I would be debited twice. He then explained the immediate debit upon approval should have been reversed as it is to test whether the debit order works. I told him it was never reversed to which he shut me down by saying he will log another incident for the reversal to happen.<br> <br> I need the price/billing fixed for the next months and excess of R200 of the 1st two months bill be refunded, the first debit order of R499 be refunded.
