My Mother ran out of airtime and she uses MTN. When she bought airtime and tried to load it , it couldnt load. She called MTN and she was told that her SIM card was ported to MR PRICE Mobile and she must get in contact with them and she did. She was sent from pillar to post for 3 days with no answers. The lady on the contact center confirmed that the number was ported and my Motjer asked by whom?? The lady said probably by her ( My Mother) and she requested a call recording while this sale was done and she never received it to this day. My mother had to let go of a number she has been using for over 30 years!!! She is not getting any feedback from Mr Price mobile , now she had to start from scratch and use a new SIM card . I am so disappointed at how these companies Leo not take responsibility for their recklessness 😡
I am giving them 1 star because I can't give them a zero. What a horrible experience I had. It Makes me upset just thinking about it. No regard for people's monies, just nonchalant about everything, you only get automatic responses from emails, no one gets back to you regarding queries, no one answers the phone. I give them 0 stars and I hope they improve
I have a loan account with Finchoice. I got retrenched last year in November and I forwarded them my retrenchment letter on the 07/11/2019 , on the 09/11/2019 they sent me an email confirming that my enquiry ticket was closed, which according to my understanding meant that the insurance which comes with the loan, which I have been paying will automatically start paying for the remaining instalments as per the contract agreement. To my surprise on the 20/11/2019, which was the day that they were supposed to debit my account if I was still employed, they debited my account. I called them and enquired why they debited, unfortunately when I called I didn't have enough airtime so the phone cut off but with an understanding that they heard my point. To this day these people still make attempts to debit my account, sometimes they debited the last cent I have, being given to by my Mother or siblings. I have been reversing these monies when they debit them. Last month I got shortlisted for a job interview since I am job hunting, unfortunately when it came down to the crunch I couldn't make the cut because I was listed on credit beaurea because of this company. I am writing this review because I don't understand why these people, if they have my retrenchment letter and they feel I still have outstanding documents to submit, why they do not make contact with me for due diligence. Only today when I called them because I'm frustrated they make me aware that I have outstanding documents, yet I have a million emails from them advertising their products .
So today I called Nando’s Circus triangle in Mthatha, I buy my lunch there most of the time. There’s a number that you dial 047 5314560, when you dial this number you have an option of dialing 1 where you speak to the call center people to place an order or 2 to speak to the guys at the store directly . I dialed option 2 to speak to the guys at the store directly , so a guy I think his name is Hlubi answers the phone, before he even takes my order he interrogates me about why I dialed option 2, I said because I wanted to and he said he had to cut a very important call to answer my call and he is paying for that call center service. I was very hurt by his comments because the mere fact that I had an option to press 2 instead of 1 means I can do so, and for him to tell me blatantly that he was on an important call, makes me wonder if mine wasn’t important, being a customer. I feel like option 2 should not be available so that the service that Hlubi is paying for can be utilized, so that we as customers don’t waist his time and have him cut off important calls to answer unimportant ones from customers ????
<p>I love McDonald's..their Cuppacino is one of the best I've had from a fast food restaurant. I go pass by the drive thru for a cup almost every morning and sometimes I would like to pair it up with their Flap Jack's...I'm not quite sure what they call them there. Unfortunately for me, this is the second month they are telling me, the machine they use to make them is out of order . This is heart breaking for me and very unacceptable..why do we in Mthatha always have to settle for sub standard service. I'm like take it off the menu then, if you can't fix the machine. What's the point of having them on the menu, if you have such difficulty fixing the machine</p> <p> </p>
I ordered a sandwich at the drive thru. When I got to work opened the sandwich I wasn't happy with the sandwich. I took it back to them told them I wasn't happy. The cashier who took it took it to the back and came back with the manager who told me of how their sandwiches were made with a very bad attitude and told me I would get my money back. I explained I didn't want any money or another sandwich I wanted a smoothie maybe because I didn't trust the result would change. She didn't even apologise for my dissatisfaction and she just told me I had an attitude. All of her staff came to the front to stand there and stare at me instead of apologising. I felt embarrassed and very disappointed and I mean I spent my money there and didn't expect such drama. What ever happened to the good old rule of making customers happy
