Ordered food online last night, (the Promotion I had ordered, already ended in store, but were still available online) Which led to confusion, and when I received my food, it were ice cold and not eatable. I lodged a complained via email, and this morning, Elvis, the Manager phoned, apologized, explained what had happened, and offered me a complimentary order (same one I ordered last night). That is what I call Customer Care and Customer Service. Well Done and Thank you Elvis!

Paid for goods online via EFT, tracking nr does not exist. Refuse to answer my calls, emails etc . DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!
I were retrenched in April 2018. Submitted the documents needed for an incurance claim, and my claim were approved and paid off everymonth. There were only 4 payments left on my loan. Today, 4 years later, I recieved an demanding letter for outstanding debt. HOW?????? Please note that i have not had any communication regarding the DIRECT AXIS personal loan account and thus note that any DIRCET AXIS loan acc that DIRECT AXIS is calling about is dormant and has NOT been acknowledged in the past 3 or more years. Therefore, this account is prescribed and what you are doing is illegal. I have not acknowledged the debt in the past 3 consecutive years either by writing or verbally, not made any payment towards the outstanding amount, nor have i promised to pay. No summons has been issued in the last 3 years. They are in contravention of the NCA SEC 126b. It states that no person may continue collection or re-activation of such prescribed debt as prescription Act 68 of1969(Prescription Act). Debt therefore prescribed and im not legally bound to repay such. I request this matter be closed and any negative information will be removed from my credit record. Should i receive any calls i will lay a complaint with the relavant Authorities.
I were retrenched in April 2018, had a personal loan, and my insurance claim were approved due to retrenchement. I had to pay however 2 installments myself, which I did. Since my claim were approved, they received payments from the Insurer. My balance were only 4 installments. Somehow, in August 2019, they phoned me and told me there is still a balance lof R795 left, which I immediately paid. And from there it went downhill...threats for an account that were supposed to be paid in full. After numerous emails and phone calls, no success. Todat, three years later, again, a threatening letter, stating my Balance now is R2321. NO HELP FROM ANYONE!!!!
I am with MTN since 2004, (Before that, Autopage, wich then sold to MTN). Since 2007, I am a cash paying customer. Every three or so years, they change their billing system. For 14 years I have been paying my accounts cash and were always in advance. December 2020, yet again, new billing system. Since December 2020 up till today, MTN is suspending my services monthly, and everytime I need to draw bankstatements for proof of payment!!!! I did NOT change the system, YOU did!!! WHY must I now struggle because your system is faulty????? The excuse of "Cash paying Customers have 21 days to pay", is Bull!!!!! WHY, after invoice date, EVERY MONTH, my account is in advance, and after yor so called 21 days, I am 30 days in arrears? How in earth does your Maths work????? Get your act together, MTN, you are losing customers due to incompetece!!!!
Our Clutch broke on Sunday just outside town. Went Monday to Midas Kroonstad where Kobus helped us. Tuesday we realised the parts were wrong and immediately Kobus went the extra mile to help us out. Midas, you have a Top Class employee...thanks for your amazing service!
I had an account at Cell C witch I cancelled in April 2018 after my 24 months were over. I paid the installment due cash and sent proof of payment to Cell C. Sine October 2018 NuDebt put in unauthorized debit orders on my account, witch I could Reversed...Unlikely for me, They put one again now for R818 and I cant reverse it. No help from the Call center whatsoever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!THIS QUALIFY AS THEFT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We got a quotation from Mr Rick van der Westhuizen, based in Kroonstad, to paint my whole house out in the inside. The work done were behind terrible. The walls looked like they had 4 different colours, part of the ceilings not painted at all. The white paint from previous, still showing after being paint an egg shell colour. Throughout the whole house, the walls look like they have a party with different colours and layers. Had a meeting with Mr van der Westhuizen, and he were very surprised as to WHY we were not happy. My goodness, my 7yr old cousin would have done a better job. The amount paid? R16 449.17. I will NEVER recommend him to anyone else. Please, when he is done, immediately do an inspection on the work, because it is horrible!!!
