Rude and arrogant . All SPCA's Jhb and Vereeniging. I asked them if they able to help my Cat . They say you have to go to private vet. Why do we have the SPCA if they can't help with Emergencys??? Rude woman from Vereeniging and the guy from Booysens SPCA.
Worst service ever 😒 . I am a makro marketplace seller , I have a 2 day Pick n Pack SLA with Makro. My goods are packed before the 2 days and booked . Wumdrop doesn't pick up. I have orders from 1st December sitting with me. They go to the wrong address n they rebook . They jst don't come. It's not working for me . Wumdrop n makro marketplace no no! No ! I already sent +-80 packages with TCG and it's successfully delivered. From 1st December to now. Wumdrop has not picked up even 1 package yet. The funny part is no 1 from makro marketplace or wumdrop responds to any of our emails or concerns. Please jst keep TCG for the preferred courier.

I am a makro marketplace seller. I booked out an order on the 6th November, On the 8th The driver went to a wrong address. Now I'm still sitting with my order. It is the 14th November no 1 has come. Wumdrop service is ridiculous 🙄 😒 😑
Terrible , Unprofessional service . @makro marketplace and Wumdrop . What is going on ???? Please give us the option to use TCG instead
I Am A Seller on Makro Marketplace, The Level of service that we receive from this place is pathetic. We sellers have been either short paid or Not paid at all. They pay us late with a Don't Care attitude. We cannot get a response from any department. For such a big company like Makro Marketplace this is disgusting. They have did this before where they didn't pay us and now again!
We have occupied a Flatlet @ Brackenvilla in brackenhurst on rental. 2 bedroom,1 bathroom. We use a Gas stove , Gas Kettle & Gas heater. Our Electricity bill is R2400 - R2900 per month. We queried with Coleman properties and they have a don't care attitude. The landlord sent an electrician out to do an inspection and found that we don't even consume that amount of Kw per day.
Makro Marketplace Team is really really disappointing 😞. I am a 3rd party seller and it is so difficult to deal with these people. We are not paid on time, Our good get broken in the courier and we have to just replace.. they have short paid us from May. We are not getting our Remittance reports. They are transitioning onto a new portal but making us as the sellers suffer . Our businesses have been loosing out because they are so *********** and inefficient. They respond after 3-7 days 😪 😔 😕 😢 😭 Our payments are short 😢 😕
I hadn't utilized the supersonic account since 2021 . I had a month to month plan . Meaning I pay for the month that I use and I can top up after. There was no formal contract as such and it was R200pm. They have now sent me a letter of Demand and A summons to take judgements. I have not even heard from these ppl since 2021. They are ****s and *****s. I have contacted the consumer protector and Icasa.
I have daily parcels going out with the courier guy as I am using the makro portal. 3 of my packages have been damaged last month n sent back. It was a R1600 order. It was packaged correctly. With Fragile on it. Now it's parcels that was sent to Capetown was definitely opened before it got to the customer as the seal was broken n everything was out the bottle. My Printer messed up so I have been writing waybills out . (The driver is so use to just scanning and throwing The parcel one side . That if we write a MML number he can't accept it because I wrote what Makro supp**** ( MML number 001 at the end) He also told me that he doesn't earn commission on the parcels so if I have several parcels I must print , I cannot write it out.
