House renovation - "savior"
I would recommend SET maintenance & Renovations over and over again! In a world where it is hard to find a honest builder that promises and delivers, Fanie and his team are GOLD. We struggled with our renovation, until someone recommended SET. What an absolute pleasure to work with someone with integrity. Their work is neat and professional. They deliver what they promise. His word is his honour. I have used and recommended him a few times. And he doesn't quote and add additional costs later. What he quotes on, he delivers in due time and professionally. I can recommend him with real peace of mind. Your search is over for a trustworthy, professional renovater/handyman/builder.

Unreliable courier service
This is the second time I needed to collect/receive a parcel, just to find out it os full and the parcel had been returned to the hub. This is the most unreliable way to send a parcel. You never know when you will receive the parcel, and then when you left on holiday, because they are late, you have to struggle to get someone to fetch it. I would not recommend PUDO!

Excellent traffic department
I just want to give a shout-out to the Herm**** traffic department. Thank you for manning every robot during peak times or loadshedding! They are really efficient and don't even know how much they are appreciated. They are nearing a very busy time of year, and instead of lurking around bushes, they really make life on the roads in the Herm**** areas easy and free flowing! Thank you!

Hospital stay
I would like to thank every staff member. Everyone I came in contact with during my stay at the Clinic, were very friendly, helpful and professional. Admission, porters, nursing staff ward F and theater. Thank you very much. Being in hospital can be scary, but you've put me at ease every moment. Thank you.

Hotel Sky stay
We have stayed there a week a go. Everything was just perfect. Absolute value for money. Modern, clean, comfortable, etc. We ate at infinity restaurant and besides the incredible view, the staff was so friendly and very welcoming and efficient! The food was also delicious. Will definitely stay there again. Thank you!

Poor poor service
I have ordered cirtains from Hilite. We paid the deposit as required and said it will take 10 to 15 working days for the curtains to be made. As I phoned after 10 days to inquire re installatiin of curtains, I was told that some of the material is out of stock, and it will only arrive end of month. Then the curtains still need to be made! They never contacted me or informed me abput this. We needed the curtains ASAP because we werw moving into a new place. We are sitting at almost 20 working days without any curtains. Also, you try in vain to get a response or get the phones answered. I am so very disappointed!!

Excellent after sales service by Kirby
I would like to give a shout out to the Kirby vacuum Company specifically the Kuilsriver branch! We have bought our Kirby about 5 years ago, and whenever we have a problem or question or need any products, they would go out of their way to assist. Their after sales service is excellent and very friendly. We are quick to complain, but this time I just wanted to say a huge thank you and well done to you girls and guys!

Poor courier company
I have been waiting for an urgent parcel for some time!! I have TRIED to phone them, but either the call was dropped, or I just had to listen to a voice recording for more than 10 min. each time!! I have send several emails as well with no response. According to the tracking app, this parcel was scanned into a cage several times, but no delivery took place. If they just communicated, I would try and understand! So, PLEASE DO NOT MAKE USE OF DAWN WING if you want your parcels to be delivered on time or even at all!!
